Hey there, I'm pretty new to the whole hacking thing, but I've been messing around with Advance Map or whatever it's called.

I have version 1.92 I believe.

I want to create my own maps. Not having to use what the ROM already has.

Is there a way to delete those or no?

Also, how do you add trainers to maps?

I'm just soooooo confused. Nothing comes with a manual. Everything is just a readme of what the program does, but not exactly how to use it.

I'm doing an Emerald Hack, and I have a few things already made, but I want to add trainers and such and then I want to change their Pokémon, but I don't know how.

Also, when I try and open the script for a trainer in the Advance Map it won't let me. Saying that a script editor isn't refined or something.

Thanks for the help! Please respond ASAP! It's really annoying.

EDIT: Oh! And is there anyway do a large section of tiles? You know, like you can put an entire tree somewhere for a block tile instead of having to grab each different square for the tree? Is there a way to multi-select would be the easiest way to say it?

First off did you read through my tutorials? 
You click the house with a sun in the top left corner to make a new map. After you make the map press insert and choose create new space. The bank number is the folder that the map goes in. For example Pallet town is in bank 3. 
For now you can just edit the ones that are in the game. 
Google fins guides for you . 
Use advance trainer (or trainer editor) to edit trainers. 
Go to settings > choose script editor and then choose your script editor. 
To edit more than one tile you have to  use advance map 1.95. In the map tab right above the actual map there are some buttons. Click "GreatBlock Pipette" (hover your mouse over it to see the names) Then left click and scroll over what you want to copy. You can only copy what is in the map not the tiles on the right side though.

If you want someone to come back to a thread you have to summon them. Put their name and then a colon to summon someone. Like this.
