Hello everyone, it was about time for me to get back into action.

Now time for the new rules, some of them you probably know them already.

1 - Before you can host ANY contests on this forum, or if you have ANY issues about anything on this forum, you first need to contact either This guy, or his loyal partner Here via PM, if you first create your thread and then ask for permission, your thread will be closed and you will be given a warning.

2 - Because of some recent comments from the Mods, the MINIMUM requirement for you to have a tournament here now is to be a Trusted Member, this should have been implemented here sooner, but now we have it, if you can convince and PROVE you are worthy of having a tournament while NOT being Trusted, MAYBE earthwarrior and I can let you host one.

3 - If tournaments are proved to be unfair for anyone, then the host have the OBLIGATION to either change the unfair aspects of the tournament or let someone else host the tournament while the unfair aspects are fixed, if the tournament is cancelled because of this, then the tournament host HAVE to return to those who signed up 2 times the entry fee of the tournament, PLUS give half the entry fee to BOTH Mods mentioned on rule 1 and PLUS you will be banned from the RGR forum for 1 week, EXCEPT if you have a reason to be cancelling the tournament, in that case, you may return only the entry fee to the people who signed up.

4 -For you to create your contest, these are the minimum amount of Viz you must offer for each kind of contest:

Tournaments: 8,000 Viz
Highscore/Speedrun: 5,000 Viz
Betting: 500 Viz

5 - Vizzed rules applies here normally.

Seishiro Leonhart : The end of that third rule seems a bit extreme. If there was a good reason for them canceling a tournament, then I don't think they deserve to be banned from the forum.

megamanmaniac : I know, but rules need to be enforced, I've received comments from Mods saying some users have been complaining about some tournaments being unfair.

I'm going to tweak the 3rd rule a bit.
