Hey guys! There is always a couple of games you played when you when you where young that you spent hours on playing and even rushed home from school ignoring your homework duties to play those games. Games you spent hours of your life playing. And one day as an adult or older you decide either to plug in you old console and play them or buy them on vizzed and you suddenly realise, man this game sucks! How the heck did I play this game like a maniac for hours.
Mine are: Jurassic Park Rampage(GEN), Sonic Spin ball (GEN),  Ghostbusters (NES),  Friday the 13th (NES) and Jaws (NES)

I think mine would have to be Dr. Mario for the SNES ( I think? ) and Lego Racers for the Nintendo 64. I tried them here and Vizzed, and they really blow now.

austipokedude : what are you doing posting in this thread? You are still pretty young. XD

For some odd reason I used to love Spore. I know I am not an adult, but I was a lot younger back when I played it and now I noticed why it was received so badly by the public.

Lets see.
"Excite Bike" was not as fun as I remember.
"Skate or Die" was not as fun as I remember. (Actually learned how to play with the "goofy-foot" control settings. Back in the day.)
"Arch Rivals" on Midway's Arcade classics disk kinda makes me wonder why I put quarters into the machine when I was a kid. Only 5 minutes and you have seen the whole 2 hours or whatever the time on that one is.
A good recent example is "Crackdown 2". I am glad I got the thing for five bucks. (Got it the same day I got My X-box and Marvel vs Capcom 3)
It is a great trainer for modern people that have never graced a "sandbox game" and have little idea of the common controls for them. I was not big on G.T.A. and had no concept of sandbox games. (Way too many fools played G.T.A. Many were getting arrested and giving video games a bad name. I think about once a week between 2007-08 there was some fool getting nabbed by the cops and claiming they were inspired by "G.T.A.". Some didn't even have a console as latter evidence surfaced.)
Back to lame games. "Crackdown 2" is the kind of lame that should not exist. If the price was always $5.00? Then it is a great Idea. But for $60.00? It was a bad idea.
But... When I played it for the first time? I have to admit I had fun.

Lame games for the N.E.S. were common. Some lame games for Coin-op did exist and thankfully not for very long. We all wish the same could be said for N.E.S. and later Console games.

Wish I Could remember more classic lame games that I played.
There might be one for the computer.
....................................
There was a version of "Street Fighter 1" that I played on a computer (like comadore or something) that is lame today but at the time? It was pretty cool.
Good Luck.

Good Luck To All.
I'm done. Stick a fork in me.
Peace.

Dino Crisis for the Sony PlayStation. I remember loving it so much as a kid, and it used to scare the heck out of me, being a little boy and all. Just recently, with the start of my PSX collection, I re-played Dino Crisis again. Meh... It aged well, it's not an annoyance to play. But something was just off. I remember loving it so much. But something was different this time. Maybe I just saw through the cheesy Resident Evil-esque voice acting.
