Thanks to anyone who reads this first off for your consideration, I'm decent with computers but I'm not the best.... ( I honestly needed help with my layout, But that was a while ago). But here's my issue, I received a computer from a family friend recently and There's a slight problem already, The dates off, Which for those of you who already know this, It's kinda pointless, But When a computer is out of date security issues can occur with other websites due to the date being thrown off denying you access completely. I would simply fix this but I don't have any access to the administrators account at all, Which also denies new downloads since I can't get them permission, Is there anyway I can get past both of these things at once? I've looked and haven't been able to figure anything out, Maybe someone can give some tips or something like that, Thanks for your help and consideration.

Open up your command prompt: press start and search command prompt

Type net user and press Enter. This will bring up a list of user accounts. Look here for the name and exact spelling of the account whose password you wish to change.

Type net user (name goes here). Press Enter. Once submitted, the command will give you the option of typing a new password for the user.

KungFuMaster7800 : Sadly this won't work because the computer is not set to the right date, And I can't change the date without the password, So I still can't get through this way.

I don't get what your dilemma is. You don't need a correct time and date to open the command prompt and change the password. Once you use the command prompt to change the password then you log in and change the time and date. The time and date should have absolutely no effect on you changing the password.

KungFuMaster7800 : You would Believe show but it gives me an error code, When I looked up the error code it mentioned something along the lines of the computer not being up to date, It's complicated and I have done my research... Thank you for you help anyway. Maybe it's different for me.

There is a program that you can download called hiren. You can use this to change or clear out a password from your computer. I use this program on computers at work when they wont log in with the administrator password. You will need to burn it to a disk and make it bootable. Then restart the computer and boot from the disk. Just by looking at the program it can get confusing if you never used it before. There should be a how to some where on the Internet.
