I like steak    period. Back in the day when i cooked steak it was on a grill outdoors but then the george formon grill came out and i have been using it ever since. I usually like a medium rare steak so it comes out tender. Anyways how does you or your family like to cook and how do you like your steak if you eat beef?

I actually like my steak grilled all the way through. However, don't ask me to cook anything! I swear to you that I could burn water while trying to boil it!

Now if you want to ask me about facebook games....
We all have a little place we can pretend, right?

You're missing out if you only grill steak.  Also, once you grill with fire, how can you go to a foreman?  That baffles me.
I like both charcoal and propane grilling.  I grill steak, veggies, fish, chicken, porn, sausage, hamburgers, dogs, and all manner of bread.  Grilling pizza is fun and challenging and I suggest you try it.  Grilling bread, brushed with light olive oil, gives it some pop and snap.  Try that too.  Marshmallows are the best over open fire.  I make smores over the hibachi.

I'll give you recipes if you like.  The timing is the most critical aspect to any grilling.  I use a stopwatch, I take notes, and I have my art perfected.  I grill probably 150 nights a year.

Boom.

Also, I realize I said I grilled porn.  I don't.  I DO grill corn over fire and it's way better than boiling it.  You can put some olive oil on the corn once shucked, put Nature Seasonings (or salt, pepper, and sugar) on it, roll it in tin foil, and grill it for 12 minutes.  It's glorious.

Barbecuing is really nice in the summertime. I have a combination charcoal/gas grill that I use for BBQs. I'll cook all manner of things on there but mainly ribs, chicken, hotdogs, and hamburgers. I don't use it for steak very often. I'd rather fry my steak... though I guess it depends on what type of steak. I will grill higher quality stuff... but for cheaper cuts, I tenderize well, dry, and fry. If I do it just right, it comes out as tender as a prime cut.

I like my steaks medium well... almost devoid of pink.

Grilled corn is indeed a great change of pace that I'll do for cookouts if I'm BBQing anyway. I'd never break out the grill just for that though. Boiled corn tastes just fine to me. In fact, the two are equal in my book. When you grill it, you get this interesting difference with the grill marks and whatnot... but I wouldn't call it better. It has more of a charred taste in parts, but a better flavor in the non-charred parts as the trade-off. I think it balances out.

Though perhaps my favorite BBQ item doesn't use a BBQ at all... it's BBQ Pulled Pork. I create that dish completely in a slow cooker.

I don't cook very much (unless you count microwaving ), but I do love steak. I like my steak medium well, with peppers, onions, and A-1 sauce.

I don't much cook but when i do cook the only thing that i cook on the stove is Ramen Noodles and i can really just cook those in the Microwave. I don't cook on the stove because i fear that i will burn myself when touching the pot. Thats why my wife will be the one cooking when i get older.

I cook a lot.  I love experimenting with new things.  Love eating new foods as well.  I don't grill much though.  I am an indoor cooker because I hate the though of bugs flying around my food.

Singelli : Haha, you sound like my sister in-law. She told my other Brother, the one she isn't married to, that she would burn water if she tried to cook and his reply was; "You can't burn water, you can only evaporate it." Haha, he always comes up with some kind of logical reply. Anyway, I like to grill mine on the Bar-B-Que or in the oven. I used to use the George Forman grill but ours got too old and icky looking so we got rid of it. Anyway, I prefer mine medium/well. I don't like it too well cause then it tastes like burned rubber. LOL.

I love grilling. I grill doing the summer and winter time (don't look at me funny, the cold air helps cool the food off quicker). I love grilling burgers, steak, fish, shrimp, and chicken. I don't like hotdogs at all so I don't cook them at all (thou I should know how to cook them on grill). I also love making my own BQ sauce to put on my burgers (I'm not going to tell you until you taste it).

Oldschool41 : I learned to cook a variety of things just because I cook for others sometimes and they might like them even if I don't personally eat them. I slap BBQ sauce on every meat before I grill it which makes it much tastier... I mean everyone does this for ribs and most do it for chicken as well... but no one thinks to do it for burgers or hot dogs. Hotdogs normally are mediocre at best... but grill in BBQ sauce and then put whatever normal hotdog toppings you prefer on top (just ketchup for me) and you've got something relatively tasty.

Crazy Li: I agree with you BBQ sauce on anything really jazzes up the food. I love regular BBQ sauce, Honey BBQ sauce, and my special sauce (which again I won't say). I mostly cook burgers, chicken, shrimp, and chicken so I put BBQ on that (I don't really eat steak, but I like cooking it for people). What I'm really trying to learn is corn-on-the-cob, shiskcobobs, and other veggies for those in my family who are veggitarian/vegan.

SunflowerGaming : Oh you can burn water! I know because I've done it!
No, but seriously, I tried baking barbecue chicken in the oven and I totally flopped on that one.   I was so embarrassed!  I mean, that's not even hard!  (For most people I guess. *pouts*)

We had an indoor grill thingy from George Foreman, but it always smoked up the house.  I wouldn't count that as real grilling though. Would you guys?

I like using charcoal for my grilling, but all I really grill is beef. I really like grilling steaks, at any wellness. I marinate my steaks for at least 12 hours, and so far have done it every weekend but this one for the past month (I didn't get any this week) I often cook burgers to, but I haven't tried to season my own yet. I buy some pre-seasoned burgers. I only own a small little grill, that fits two maybe three steaks. I wanna be able to grill other thing in the future, but I never really took the time out to experiment with it.

jlh : Yes... definitely mix it into your ground beef. I like to mix a lot of stuff into the ground beef before I form the patties... I take BBQ sauce, shredded cheddar, and a slight bit of chili powder and mix it all in for a nice, spicy kick.

I use to love all my meat rare... Then I realized the risks of that and started getting it medium rare.
Don't get me wrong, I'll eat  a well done burger, but I don't like my meat to be all that chewy, I like hot, fresh, and juicy.
That's what she said.
