The funniest comments I ever heard in a video game Ken Griffey Jr. Presents Major League Baseball SNES when you strike out. The batter says Oh Come On! The Final Fight SNES game in a bonus round you destroy a car and complete the task then a guy comes out and says Oh my car! Captain America and Avengers I think the Arcade version is funniest. I think the Genesis version is almost like that. I don't know about the NES or SNES version but it has to be the funniest game. I remember some of the comments like Leave it to me, You Cannot Escape, You will be the one Escaping. I think there are more funny game comments for other games.

i played metal gear solid 4 and the game paused. The guy went, sorry, i know its a pain but you need to insert disk 2. Y'know, that disk with 2 printed across it?
I was like, what?!? Id opened the box and pulled out everything. I was like, crap, damnit, f***, theres no disk 2.
Then the guy went, oh wait, this is a ps3 not an xbox huh? Its got blueray disks. All the data can fit in one disk. The wonders of technology huh snake?
I was just like:

I can't remember the exact quote but pretty much any line in any of the Deathspank games is pretty funny. I do remember this quote from Street Fighter Third Strike it's said by Gill when you start the fight against him he says "the mark of my dignity will scar thy DNA" makes me laugh because it's just stupid.
