I've been playing on this website for quite a while and never had any problems, but recently I've been unable to save in any possible way(i.e saving and save-stating) while using the ZSNES emulator that comes in the vizzed plugin. Whenever I try to save state I get the message "Unable to save" and saves made in-game are not loaded.
While searching the web for answers I found out that it occurs because the save path is a file with the "read-only" attribute checked, which is impossible to uncheck if you are using vista or windows 7 (which is my case). I also found out that the save path should be in the same file where the zsnes is installed, but it is inaccessible if you are using vizzed.
Since I've been using this site for a while I thought there might be a way to revert whatever I could've done to cause this. That's why I'm here.

I'm using Google Chrome as my web browser and  the most updated version of the RGR plugin(1.04).

Yes, instead of the usual "State 0 saved" I get: "Unable to save" and when I try to save a game with the normal, in-game, saving ( like save blocks in super Mario rpgs) I am unable to load them once I reset the emulator

Well the simple solution would probably be to make your SNES folder with the RGR Plugin not as read only, but if you can't do that, try saving the state to slot 1 perhaps and see if that works.

I attempted that but it didn't work as the save path was still the same. I manage to reset the to the default save file by erasing the save path at: configuration>paths on the esc menu which ended up solving the problem. I apologise for the inconvenience.

That's good then. I was a little skeptical about why the save path would have a problem with the RGR Plugin.

What was the last SNES game you played before you had this problem?
