My friend and I have both purchased the Elite-Pro Modchip. We have soldered our chips and have spent hours trying to run our newly burned disks on them; however, we have had no luck with the discs. I will leave no stone unturned in my explanation in hopes that some of you can assist us. We are desperate.

We have a SCPH-7501 Playstation, using the Elite-Pro Modchip.
We have SCPH-101 mini-PSOne.

We have soldered the wires, double checking both to be sure they were placed properly. After struggling with the discs, we opened our Playstations a second time to check the wires again.

I've used Alcohol 120%. I click "Image Burning Wizard," then browse for my file. I have tried .BIN, .CUE, and .IMG files.
After selecting my file, I go to "Datatype" and select Playstation. My write method is RAW DAO. I burn them at the slowest speed, which is 16X(2400 KB/sec). I've also tried the write method DAO/SAO. Neither of these work. We insert our disks and the Playstation either says, "Not a Playstation formatted disc," or it takes us to the memory card/CD player menu.

I've tried ImgBurn. I select "Write image file to disc," then I select my file. The file will be among the .bin, .cue, .img file formats. I adjust the write speed to "1x," making it burn as slowly as possible. The disks still do not work.

I've tried DVD Decrypter; however, when I insert a CD-R, I'm told that it isn't a DVD disk, even though I have seen many people on the internet using it to burn games.

We have no idea what's left to do at this point. It would seem that we're missing one small piece to the puzzle, and I'm hoping some of you guys can help us. Please save the repost comments--I've searched for hours for my questions.
