I'm having trouble sleeping at night since summer and still having trouble sleeping. I cant sleep until 4 or 5 am? Is my sleeping pattern change or it have to do with sleep hormones?

It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to at least talk to one over the phone or something. The body needs sleep, and when it can't get it, other medical problems can arise.

You could have insomnia. This is a pretty common thing and you can just take some pills for it though it will never go away. I hope you the best of luck. Also do not stare at a screen before bed.
