I have many. Most probably would be bad ideas, but they are ideas. Here's an idea for an RPG.
Something like Ultima 7, only without the annoying food thing. It would allow you to kill all of the land of a sad clown's mind, and as you progress, the sad clown finds himself in a mental hospital. He meets a guy who just yells schizophrenically about how he is being chased by a vampire clown. This causes two different storylines. One for the sad clown who is now suffering from the slow, and painful collapse of his sanity all because of the guy leveling up in his head, as well as a case of severe anti-social personality disorder, and constant feelings that he is being demoted to the lion tamer.
In the clown's story, his foe is your RPG "hero" and the man who believes the clown is a vampire clown. Every fragment of any part of the mind lost affects him in many ways. He could be happy he forgot something. He could become passive aggressive if he loses some of his dwindling sanity. He could end up thinking he's a Catholic priest who preaches to Southern Baptist Mimes and people who wear hats that have spinning things on them. His story basically is your fault if you get rid of any important things like IQ, long term memories, morality. It's all on you.
The RPG part is basically just run of the mill classic turn based battles. There's a twist, though. Every battle you win takes away 0.16% of the clown's mind. Which part is dependent on what the creatures look like. For example, for nightmarish things, stuff like copies of bad comedy CDs might attack you. Maybe lamps getting short circuited will. If the ideas being fought are happy, smiles might pick fights with you.
I could make this, actually. I might try making this with RPG maker... If I ever finish making it, I'll post it on Vizzed. If it doesn't turn into something else, that is.
