So last night I was in chat, and the VPFC Bot was in chat. The person who was the bot shall remain nameless, but needless to say, I changed the password so the person can not be the bot. At least not until the person earns back my trust.
So I thought I'd make this thread, to further talk about the VPFC Bot.
The Bot is the core holding for all things related to the VPFC. Mostly, it holds donations, makes official PMs, and serves as the go to "user" whenever we have something we need to do as the moderators of the VPFC.
So what does this all mean?
Well, I'm too busy to be the VPFC Bot much anymore, so I'm looking for someone TRUSTWORTHY to step into the role.
To protect the user however, I don't want the identity of the bot revealed, to anyone. If you want to be the "bot" fire me a PM, and I'll assign it to whomever I deem most trustworthy.
As Bot, this is what your duties will entail
1- logging on at least once a week
2- posting occasionally in here as the sort of mascot for the forum.
3- hold onto donations, and encourage users to be more active
4- most importantly love pokemon.
It's a serious duty. So serious in fact, that I will not give power of this "bot" to anyone with less than 1000 QUALITY posts. So no, you can't spam to 1000, and then say, IM AT 1000 CAN I HAVE BOT?
Anyway, if you do the job well, if you are not a moderator of the forum, you WILL be made one in time.
