I'm running on firefox on Windows 7. So I clicked on "play game" for pokemon emerald, and it said it could not detect the plug in. So I tried reinstalling it to repair it. It gave me an error message saying it could not read the file. I tried uninstalling. It said there was something wrong with this window installer package. I looked under "all programs" and looked for anything rgr or vizzed related. Nothing. It's not there. Only the "uninstall" and "vizzed home page is there." So it comes to my mind that the original plugin was deleted somehow when my dad was switching my operating system to windows 7. When I do try to uninstall it (as you can imagine), it says that it can't find the file basically. So why when I try installing it doesn't it say "install" instead of "repair" or "uninstall" if it's not even on my computer? I've tried restarting the computer. No dice.

Any suggestions?

You'll have to manually remove the Plugin from your Registry Editor, then download/install again:

You can easily access the Registry Editor by typing regedit in the Start Menu’s Search box. The User Account Control asks you to authorize access by clicking Continue.

In the Edit drop-down, click Find. On the box that pops up it will say 'Look at' with 3 check-boxes, those should all be checked, then type vizzedrgr and click Find Next. For every Key, Value and Data that it finds matching vizzedrgr there will be 'Name', 'Type' and 'Data' on the right side of the Editor. If it says vizzedrgr under 'Data', right-click and delete it. Then click Find Next again and repeat the process until all have been deleted.

Be careful though not to delete anything that doesn't have vizzedrgr in its title because doing so will damage your computer.
