If you are able to save in game, there's a small chance you can get past them, but it's very small. What you need to do is save in game before beating the elite four, and also make a save state using F2. Then go beat the elite four, and see if it corrupts your save. If your save isn't corrupted and you can keep playing, great. If your save is corrupted, then reload the save state using F4 and try to beat them again.
