Picture yourself in a lab. Sirens blaring, dogs barking, and your bag of stolen loot is getting heavier by the second. You turn into a door, and stumble through pitch black darkness until you feel...surrounded. You hear machinery hiss, and then the sound of something closing behind you, and lights flash on to reveal you standing in a cylinder while people outside are trying to shut down the machine. A mechanical voice asks you which universe you'd like to transcend when it hits you, you're in a trans-dimensional teleportation device.

Now, you have thirty seconds to think about which video game universe you want to go. Assume that the police/swat/army can find you, and that you need to survive with just the materials you could find in that world. Also assume you could form alliances with local heroes/villains.

I personally would love living in the world of Cyrodill from the Elder Scrolls series. Thick forests and tall mountains would be a great advantage from hiding from enemies, and the ability to use magic would also be a great advantage. As for alliances, there are the guilds (Dark brotherhood and mages guild would be especially helpful).

Fire Emblem Tellius Series. The three different picture backgrounds are of characters from the two Tellius Series games. It's a good world.

Interesting scenario.... I suppose I'd go to Castlevania. No authorities there, roast-meat stashed in the walls, and I'd take on Dracula's demons with the vampire-killer whip and mystical weapons (why not?) lol.

@BNuge
Tellius series? I've always known it as the Radience series (Path of Radiance, Radiant Dawn). However, that is an excellent choice. You could form alliances with Laguz or one of the friendly factions, and they have swords blessed by the gods! (Ike's sword specifically, Ragnell).

@fzrbrn
Isn't Raccoon City sorta zombie infested? Sure, it would definitely keep the feds off ya', but you'll be dead pretty quickly too. Plus, you'd be hunted by almost everything right?

@tRIUNE
Good reasons, but do you really want to live off of wall-meat in a castle full of medusa heads? Sure, anyone chasing you through the space streams would definitely be scared off by the first boss, but think about how many times you die in Castlevania also. There's no guaranteeing your survival (Especially with all those effing Medusa Heads flying around).

@tRIUNE
That would be awesome. Not just for the mushrooms o' magic, but for all the fun characters, and the fact they hold parties in that universe every now-and-again acts as a sweet bonus!

Traveling to different worlds does sound cool, and it definitely helps with escaping pursuers. Doesn't the Ratchet and Clank universe also have gigantic, fun to use guns?

However, if traveling to different worlds is your main motivation, might I also point out the universes of Mass Effect, Star Wars, and pretty much every space game? However, I understand also if you just enjoy the life in R&C, or what other reasons you may have.
