Actually there isn't scientific evidence to suggest that we use only 10% of our brains. If this were true we could have 90% of our brain removed and we would still be fine.

If you think about how physics work.You realize that you cant move anything without PHYSICALLY moving it.Objects at rest stay at rest until acted upon by an outside force. I.E. Something has to touch it to move it.
