I just made a batch of muffins with my friends. No, I'm not a hippie, but they had nearly a cup of shortening and two cups of sugar (to make 16 large muffins). I guess I would consider that unhealthy, but I usually think of junk food as salty or sweet though. So, yes, three times a week stays as is.
