who do you think should be in SSB4 im voting for Arceus

Okay, first things first! This should go into the Video Games forum. Second, we aren't sure there will be a 4th Super Smash Bros. game. But, if there is then I would prefer they put K. Rool. Why? Because, 1) Knuckles would count as another 3rd party character, and I don't think HAL laboratory wants anymore third party characters. All the other characters you mentioned would have to not be needed. Pokemon Trainer Blue(Gary) would be boring to use because what would be his Pokemon? Umbreon, Alakazam, and Electivire? You see, then there wouldn't be use for the Pokeball item. Then there is Mega Man, not another 3rd party character, Capcom and Nintendo don't go anymore like that. Finally, Arceus, really? People wouldn't like that. Arceus is like God, he can just use Judgment on everyone and that's it. So the programmers will have to do what they did to poor used to be Epic Mewtwo...make him VERY weak. Otherwise, K.Rool will be my option, since Nintendo didn't really give the Donkey Kong charcters a great role in the previous Super Smash Bros. games. Point proven...

Oh wow. I never even thought of it like that before. I was going to say Ridley, but now after all your intelligent debate, I have no idea who they should add at all! You really opened my eyes to everything that goes on when it comes to putting characters into those games. Great post.

Thanks, I too was going to say Ridley, but then, I figured, "Wait, Ridley is EPIC! he shouldn't weak like Mewtwo!" So then I changed my mind.

MegaMan's appearance in SSB4 is not optional. Either Roll, CutMan, and/or GeminiMan need to be along with him.

Mewtwo and Roy need to be brought back. Hell, i've never even played a Fire Emblem game and I thought Roy was awesome.

Arceus in a SSB game would be quite interesting... I'd like to see that as well.

All other characters, probably not. Especially not King K. Rool. He is a tard.

Well, i'd actually rather have Ridley to be a playable character than have Ridley be a Master Hand clone on Subspace Emissary... or Dark Samus... I'd love to have Dark Samus actually show up. Her moves would be like Samus but she's got some of her own diverse set of moves and the Prime series definitely shows it. Just some more Metroid Characters instead of just Samus would be welcome(though there really isn't a lot of choices.)

If they do make a fourth installment in the SSB series, I would have to say Mega Man and/or Ridely, respectively. The first Megaman and Metroid games, if I am not mistaken, were on the NES, and both franchises has stuck to nintendo since. Since SSB is exclusive to nintendo, then nintendo characters should be exclusive to SSB. Out of the characters on the list for the poll, I thought either Ridely or Mega Man. I voted for the latter, however, because while Ridely would be cool, his character would probably be kind of awkward; being epic, they would have to make him weak to balance him with the other characters, and, beside that, SSBB already has a character from Metroid(Samus), while there isn't anyone from the Megaman series. So, for the poll, I choose Mega Man.

Roy needs to be back and so is mewtwo they were my 2 best chracters in meele so it sucked to be me.

megaman, megaman, MEGAMAN!!!! He's cool new and would be hard to put in ssb_ I sorta felt sorry for K rool though he deserves to be in there donky kong has been getting away with murder literaly lol.

I think they should bring back Roy and Mewtwo. I got to say that Roy was my favorite and best fighter in Super Smash Bros. Melee.

I think they should add Pokemon Trainer Blue, with the pokemons Flygon, Blaziken, and Alakazam. It would be a perfect team of powerful pokemons.

They should really add MegaMan. I mean, he has a powerful and a wide variety of movesets. He has his blaster, then other powerups. He would be a great person to fight as.

I don't think Shadow shouldn't be in it, just make his trophy assistant move more better.

K. Rool would also be good as a strong attacker like Bowser and Ganondorf.

I would like to see:

Sam Fisher (Splinter Cell series; Conviction Sam)

Tidus (Final Fantasy X)

Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden)

Megaman (or X) (MegaMan [or X])

If it's playable characters we're talking about. I think Mega Man is out of the question. He's already in fighting games. Plus, with the Marvel vs. Capcom 3 coming out it's unlikely he won't be in that one. He's taken, unfortunately. Ridley can't be a character. They wouldn't make him one, not after being a boss in SSBB. I'm pretty sure of that. King K. Rool is a very good choice, but, I can tell you who HAL would probably put in over him- Dixie Kong. If the 4th is made similar to SSBB then King K. Rool might be put in as a boss.
