Hey everyone, vizwiz123 here.

Name your top 10 favorite pokemon and do not give me legendaries. They can be from any generation. I'll give you my top ten when someone replies.

Mine would have to be:

-Charizard

-Nine Tails

-Pikachu
-Onyx
-Blastoise

Anyway, my top ten are:

10) Pikachu- Who doesn't know and love Pikachu?
9) Magmar-Pretty cool design and Magamar is fun to play with, espescially his evolution, Magmortar.
8) Alakazam- Alakazam has strong psychic powers, Alakazam's IQ is 5000. Alakazam knows everything that happened in the world. ALAKAZAM KNOWS WHAT YOU'RE GONNA DO!
7) Eevee- Eevee has so many evolutions, which means so many ways to experiment.
6) Crobat- Crobat is one of the fastest Pokemon in existence, and for your opponent, he can be a pain to deal with.
5) Electabuzz- Besides Electric moves, Electabuzz has good defensive moves it can learn. Don't get me started on Electivire.
4) Absol- Absol can sense disasters. If you accuse it of causing disasters, it's going to lead you TO the disaster and kill you.
3) Lucario- A lot of people kow Lucario. He can learn a variety of moves, and he's just plain awesome.
2) Machamp- Machamp is Hitmonchan on even more crack. He'll beat you, no, HE WILL KILL YOU in two seconds flat. AWESOME!
1) Scizor- LOOK AT IT! IT'S SO COOL! Scizor might be slower than its previous form, but it looks cool with its red color and its badass claws. I've only played as it once in Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness (which is a GREAT game), but I felt almighty using Scizor.

10)Ninjask- Fun to use Aerial Ace and Quick Attack with because of his high speed stats
9)Machamp- Awesome attack stats and sp. defense. stats. Can also learn all elemental punches
8)Snorlax- Incredible Heat and Cold resistance, so forget Blizzard and Fire Blast
7)Wailord- Biggest Pokemon and highest defense out of all the water types
6)Gengar- Great combination of Ghost and Poison. Has fair speed
5)Torterra- Resistance against flying and electricity but has flaws against Ice *Shudders*
4)Blastoise- Has high special atk. therefore, allowing it to do an awesome blizzard and Hydro Pump
3)Salamence- Excellent Dragon type move pool, unlike Dragonite.
2)Metagross- Excellent combination between Steel and Psychic types. Can defeat Poison types even if immune.
1)Chikorita- Most adorable grass type and awesome stats when fully evolved into Meganium. I prefer it being a Chikorita a little longer before evolving it into Bayleef.

8 onix. HES A ROCK GYARADOS!!! it's epic looks cool and deadly.
7 torterah(fail spelling i know) he's my favorite of the begining pokemon and look's huge and has a tree on it's back, EPIC!!!leaf storm FTW! (for the win for people who dont know)
6gyarados(if i spelled that right) he can learn close to every move in the game, plus he looks like a legless dinasour. who doesent like that?
5 evees' mostly cause of how many evolve forms they got, (jolteons best whewt!)
4 haunter, i love this form more than genger/gastly cause he's scariest in this form.
3toteidial. enough said. not really but in a pokemon cartoon, he jump into a hydro pump and then drop kicked him
2 SQUIRTLE! IM THE SQUIRTLE SQUAD!!!! WHEWT, he's awesome, and if you think otherwise check the episode with the squirtle squad.
1(wish it could be lucario,) syther, he's mad fast, and can use dark slash air slash slash and X-scisor, those are my fav moves .


possibly a legendary, but lucario would be my number 1 but in case no legendaries i throw him here in the alt zone
also love groudon, favorite legendary, (beside lucario)

My top 10 favorite Pokemons are

10) Snorlax - This is an amazing pokemon. It has beastly Hp and defense. It also is much more offensive with an extremely high atak. the only problem is the speed... and that is where the trickroom comes in.

9) Swampert - Swampert is a beast and my favorite starter and pokemon. Mine knows

Earthquake
Muddy Water
Ice Beam
Brick Break

It destroys everything.

8) Arcanine - Arcanine is one of the must effective fire-type pokemon ever
and it has all the best fire moves and good stat to use them to their potential.

7) Crobat - Crobat. Deadly, efficient, and tricky.

6) Blastoise - A big brute with various move sets you can have him learn.

5) Frosglass - Froslass is really good cuz it is fast. With that speed and the right moveset, it can eliminate its own weaknesses quiclky in a battle.

4) Gengar - One dangerous Ghost- Type Pokemon to have, and I think that Gengar is one of the best ghost types. Mine could have better stats and better attacks too, but other than that I think it is a very suitable addition for my team.


3) Flygon - Flygon is awesome. Its stats are good but attack and sp. attack are spectacular.

2) Alakazam - Alakazam always has been and always will be my favorite Special Sweeper.

1) Charizard - Charizard is a good lead cause of it speed and Sp. Atk. Charizard has no good defenses at all, and it is weak to stealth rock; So if you meet with a Skarmoy or Foretress, with heat wave you will take out them instantly; for a swampert you have HP [Grass] and for Ambipom you have Focus Blast.

For me its..
1. - First and foremost, Typhlosion!!
I dont know, for some reason I just really, really like that pokemon. Probably because Ive been using that pokemon for every gold/ silver/ crystal game Ive ever played. Might have gotten attached to him..and I usually name him Kaze.
Oh, and I like how typhlosions can learn Thunder Punch and Iron Tail...to cover their weaknesses..
2. - Larvitar/ Tyranitar
Well..larvitar has this cute yet lonely look on him..so yeah. And tyranitar's just awesome.
3. - Aggron
He reminds me of those mecha dragon things...gah, I dont know, I always seemed to like dinosaur/ dragon like things.
4. - Luxray
Gotta admit, I think he looks pretty cool. Except for that star on his tail. But who cares, no..?
5. - Scyther
Closest thing to a dragon a bug pokemon could ever achieve. For me, anyway. And he has scythes...SCYTHES BABY.
6. - Roserade
I just think he's pretty. Thats it, really.
7. - Nidoking
An armoured warrior beast thingy. Whats not to like?
8. - Cacturne
For some reason, he reminds me of Scarecrow from one of those Marvel Comics. Which is pretty frigging cool. Or maybe he just looks like one of those cool, laid-back bandits..
9. - Banette
A creepy, puppet ghost thing with blood red (or was it yellow?) eyes. Swee~t.
10. - Aerodactyl
Hmm...this was a tough choice between Aerodactyle and Charizard. But considering Charizard has a bigger belly then Aerodactyle..I chose Aerodactyle.

Well, here they are:

10) Alakazam: Sure, its defense is terrible, but its speed and power make up for it. Plus, IT RULES.

9) Dragonite: Its the most awesome dragon pokemon. End of story (Besides, its really strong)

8) Metagross: Its really powerful, and its attacks are quite awesome. Plus, its steel and psychic type, which makes it pretty formidible.

7) Venasaur: Its a giant fat lizard with a giant poisonous flower on top. And its extremely powerful. EPIC PWNAGE

6) Milotic: This pokemon loves to sap away your HP, it can heal itself, its defense is pretty darn high, and its very formidible. I love it so...

5) Charizard: I love this pokemon. He is fast, powerful, and your everyday dragon. He breathes fire, he flies, he walks on two legs, he even gives great hugs... lol jk, but he is awesome.

4) Gyarados: This pokemon had always peaked my curiosity, and it still does. I used to have a shirt with a picture of it lol. Anyway, it also looks like a Chinese dragon, so it looks epic as well. Plus, its really powerful.

3) Feraligatr: This guy was awesome on Crystal! I loved him! He was my Blastoise and he also knew Crunch! CRUNCH!!!! Oh how I love him so...

2) Pidgeot: Man, I can use this guy forever. Best bird pokemon evah! He is fast and attacks hard, plus he has a mane of multicolored feathers. I don't think Flying type pokemon can become any better than him.

1) Blastoise: He has cannons. He has cannons. He. Has. CANNONS! He is my best Pokemon on my ultimate team, and he has yet to be defeated by anyone or anything. (And I have had quite a few WiFi battles) and he still hasn't been defeated. (I can go on about him forever, but I think I should stop after this) Lastly, he is a water type, he can take down anything, and, HE HAS CANNONS!!!!!! XD

10.) Mudkip (I HeRD U LiEK muDKIpZ) XD

9.) Pikachu (it's a mascot)

8.) Lucario (I mean, have you ever looked at it!?!? Plus it's stats aren't half bad either.)

7.) Togakiss (Pretty good flying pokemon)

6.) Alakazam (one of the best phycic types around)

5.) Duskonior (in 2 words, it's a defence powerhouse. It was also my favorite pokemon for a bit more than 15 minutes. )

4.) Tyranitar (It's the best rock type by far, and it looks awesome. Also, I just got it in my pokemon pearl )

3.) Milotic (this thing is strong but beautiful, however, its name stops it from being #1. :/)

2.) Dusclops (This used to be my favorite pokemon, but it lacked in cuteness, which is why #1 is...

1.) Duskull (now, this guy still might not be cute, it's sure more lovable than Dusclops. Plus he's pretty strong, especially when it evolves into Duskonior.

10) Dewgong: One word - sheer cold. Though it's a move that misses more often that it hits, I love having it on hand and I do like having the water/ice type combination on my team. It has nice HP stats, but I could do without having 4 super effective weaknesses.

09) Houndoom: Its double type combination makes it a very nice addition to any team and I really like having a fire type that just isn't only a fire type. I love most of the fire types, but I really like having two types to cover more ground. Plus I love it's move set and ability to learn Solarbeam (even if it isn't as effective).

08) Medicham: I really like the psychic/fighting combination and I always dig being able to dish it out with powerful moves and still have a high defense as well. I also like the little dance it does whenever it does a move in XD. Sue me, lol.

07) Arcanine: I love how this pokemon looks, I love it's potential move set (very powerful fire type ftw), BUT I'm not a huge fan of the singular type set, which is why it isn't higher up. Got to love its stats though, which is why is why I prefer it over Ninetails.

06) Lanturn: Especially when it has volt absorb. The double type combination is amazing, making Lanturn my favorite water type AND/OR electric type pokemon.

05) Infernape: Fire type with a fighting type? Great potential move sets and it can learn Close Combat through leveling up, which makes it all the more desirable. I'm not so hot on its looks, but it gets the job done.

04) Breloom: I love fighting type because it's the only one that really gets the job done where normal type is concerned. I like it's double type and I really like effect spore. Plus this one is a constant on my teams in XD and an always desirable pokemon throughout the handheld games.

03) Altaria: I really like dragon type pokemon and it being able to fly was a nice change from all the normal/flying type. I love Pidgeot, but I really like having a larger range of types for my move sets. Plus Altaria has a great defense and a superb move set to go along with it.

02) Flygon: I didn't like it's pre-evolve forms, so I didn't actually get into Flygon until MUCH later, but I absolutely love its potential move sets. I prefer powerful moves and Flygon can pack a good load of powerful moves while still covering a lot of ground. I love Earthquake and I love pairing Flygon up with flying types. I can sweep an entire team with Flygon doing most of the work.

01) Salamence: Heavy attack and great HP? Got to love the combination. I like heavy hitters and this pokemon is a real heavy hitter. Add the dragon/flying type into the equation and you've got a badass pokemon. Salamence makes for a great pokemon to have on your team and one of the best for overall stats.

These are my favorite attack/battle pokemon, but if I had to mention a few that I really like for their looks it'd have to be the Eeveelutions, Vulpix/Ninetails and Gradevoir/Kirlia. They're all pretty decent for battle, but I really like having a double type for my pokemon and Kirlia's defense/attack drives me crazy.

10: Gengar- Not only is it awesome, but its fast and strong too. And when EV trained properly, along with some good moves can take out even Alakazam

9: Alakazam- Another strong and fast Pokemon. It has crazy SpAtk and Speed, and some awesome moves. Plus it basically rapes the entire G/S/C series on the GBC by learning the elemental punches.

8: Gyarados- Not only is it a giant sea dragon, it also has beastly Attack. Factor in Dragon Dance and Aqua Tail, along with Earthquake and Ice Fang and this thing is nigh unstoppable.

7: Jolteon- I value speed a lot, and a good dependable Electric type is always welcome on my team. It learns Shadow Ball too for some extra kick.

6: Houndoom- I loved this thing the first time i faced one in Silver. It was so epic, shame my Feraligatr one-shotted it with a Surf

5: Electivire- This here is another beast Pokemon. It has great Attack and its Speed isnt bad either. Give it Ice Punch, Cross Chop, Thunderpunch and another good move and your set.

4: Weedle- While it is a horrible Pokemon, and its evolutions arent the strongest, I love how it annoys and messes up many people both with Poison Sting and Poison Point early game in Kanto. Going through Viridian Forest is much harder fighting these.

3: Blastoise- This thing was the first Pokemon i ever got in my Pokemon Red. It was my Squirtle and eventually was my anchor in the game. When all else failed Blastoise moved in and took everyone down. Even Electric and Grass Types.

2 : Garchomp- This is perhaps one of the Pokemon i really like from Sinnoh. Its typing, along with Fire Fang, Dragon Claw, Earthquake and Swords Dance make it something to fear.

1 : Tyranitar- This is my absolute favorite Pokemon. Ever since i got one in my Silver i have loved it. It was one of my first Pokemon to have the Dark Type, it learns some really really impressive moves, and its stats are amazing. Besides its speed, its great. It even has a decent enough SpAtk to learn things like Thunderbolt and use it effectively.
