There hasn't been any official announcements since then, but over the last two weeks, Blizzard has been silently hiring the development team. Over the last two weeks, Blizzard began taking applications for different positions such as Character Artist, Anylysts, Quest Designers, VFX Artists, Prop Artists, Producers, Engineers, and Animators.
This is leading to many people beliving that actual development could begin within three to four months or even earlier.
