I don't like killing people.

But.

I also understand why people love the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich so much.

I've now had it 5 times and yes I keep a log and when and where I have them.

I'm so used to generic chicken patties from places like Burger King, McDonald's, and Wendy's so my mind and mouth were not prepared for the taste and texture of an actual fried chicken patty, they were blown.

Have any of you tried the Popeyes Chicken Sandwich yet?

Well...from what I know they are only available in the US. Popeyes hasnt come to the UK as of yet maybe they will one day? that I dunno. Mc donadls, KFC and Buger King are the only well know food chain in the UK.

I don't eat a lot of fast food anymore, but yeah, Popeyes Chicken Sandwich is pretty good. It's addictive, like fast food usually is lol. I wish I knew how to make fried chicken with Popeyes-like skin. The imitation recipes I've seen online just don't capture that crunchy skin. Wendy's has a "two spicy chicken sandwiches for 5 dollars" deal, which is cheaper than getting two Popeyes sandwiches, which would be 8 dollars. Wendy's isn't too bad, but still not as good as Popeyes to me. I guess if you want to save a few bucks...!

As Eniitan said, popeyes isn't in the UK as of yet but KFC and Nandos have probably some of the best chicken I've ever tasted, it is basically food heaven. I would definitely recommend it.

There's a Popeye's not far from here actually, but I've never eaten anything of theirs because their food is so expensive. I've been looking forward to trying it sometime, but it'll be a while yet before that happens since money's hard to come by.

The closest one to me is about 20 miles away so I haven't ever tried Popeyes in general even less so there chicken sandwich though I do eat a ton of chicken so I would say there's a good chance I would like it.
