Tekken tag tournament (Arcade Mame) Awesome5000
Tekken Tag Tournament made by Namco from the year 1999,is quiet possibly one of the best action tag team fighting games out there besides the tag team fighter games of "Dead or Alive" . Similar to todays "Tekken tag tournament 2" this game is a fast paced 3-d martial arts action game that include plenty of high skilled martial art masters ,where you can choose your favorite tekken characters .This roster has thirty two characters ,pick two warriors and create any team however you wish wether it's kazuya and his son jin kazama,or even jin kazama and his mother jun kazama ,everyone and anyone you put as tagteam allies will even show off a victory taunt together after you win a match which is my favorite part of the game .You'll have two power bars for each character during a match ,but one thing that i personally did'nt like much is when one characters life bar drains out,the other character also loses the match even though his or her life bar was half way or full.Another disapointment is, i would've also prefered a cinematic cut scene when the whole game's been finished after you have succeeded in every match and defeated the main boss . But despite those flaws ,in my opinion ,this game is outstanding and pretty much fun for an old school classic of the tekken series and remains one of my favorite arcade 3-d fighting games.Start the tournament on one player mode till you reach the end of the game , or challenge a second player in a tag team duel match .The level designs , graffics and character models are pretty decent for a game that was made fifteen years ago ,and still hold up today for those hardcore old school gamer's who take a little break every now and then, from today's modern advanced tekken games and relive the nostalgia of the previous games they grew up with .

Great game, but not really this port DragonSlayer22
I had this game on my PlayStation 2.
This was the Arcade version that came out a little bit earlier, but it was inferior to the PlayStation 2's hardware, which as a problem to this port.
Graphics: 7 The graphics look similar to a PlayStation 1 and like pixels. Unlike the PlayStation 2 version, which the graphics were nice and smooth. The animations at least look good.
Sound: 5 The sound effects are almost 8-bit sounding and a bit delayed. The music for this port was nice though, but that's the only reason why it isn't getting a 3.
Addictiveness: 5 This version of the game is not very big, as it is an Arcade game, but the only mode on there is your simple Arcade mode. The PlayStation 2 version has this, 1 vs 1 fighting and even more like survival and bowling and even getting to listen to the soundtrack.
Story: 4 Another Iron Fist tournament is held. You get to tag team with people. That's it.
Depth: 5 As I mentioned, the game does not have a lot of modes on it, which is expected for an Arcade game, but the other PlayStation 2 port had more to it.
Difficulty: 7 The game is hard like any Tekken game, just not as much I guess.
OVERALL: 7.1 This port of the game was okay, but is overshadowed by the PlayStation 2 version, as it is better and has more to it and was more commercially available. This port would have been good, but the hardware used is cheap and poor compared to the PlayStation 2 port, which to this day can be easy to find in stores or online, depending on where you look of course.

I'm very disappointed in this game.
the PlayStation version is by far a much better game than the arcade version so it gave me a huge slap of disappointment when I played it.
in my review I gave only 1 scores mostly because of the disappointment *I've played the ps version* and also because its hardly playable here because its too slow. This is actually my first time being disappointed in a tekken game.
So:
Graphics-1
-like I said before the graphics are much inferior to the ps graphics.
Sound-1
-Due to the low speed the sounds is quite glitchy.
Addictiveness-1
-I don't think anyone can play it for more than 30 minutes without getting bored.
Depth-1
-yeah...you fight a bit, rage at the speed, and give up.
