Golf is hard to learn, it takes a while to get a sense of what club you use in which situation.  It's a NES game, so it cannot compete with the graphics and accuracy of the newer golf games.  That said, this game is very much fun to play.  Yes, there is no more frustrating feeling than when your putt passes over the hole, and continues off the green, but to balance that, there is no better feeling than plinking a sand wedge out of a sand trap into the hole for a birdie.  For those who play this game and get frustrated, I advise them to just keep trying.  Once you get the hang of it, this game can be addicting.

 Like any game, it gets easier with practice. I don't remember what my best score ever was, but I know it was way below par back in the day.

 Ugh! I hate this game! I've always hated golf games, but this one is just bad! It is very boring and it is hard to tell what club to use. On the plus side, this IS the first golf game to use a power meter, paving the way for future golf games.
