Cheetah Men 2 Review Marcmoney
Overall - 3
Cheetah Men 2 on the NES is one of the most messed up games I have ever played. Its quality is horrible and the game just messes up a lot. I would be surprised if someone were to like this game. They should have never made this game in the first place. AVGN from Youtube and from other sites had said that this is a horrible game. I can tell that he did not want to play this game at all.
Graphics - 4
The graphics are horrible. Most of them glitch up and one of the enemies is like a ghost wearing clothes holding a sword. I do not get how they would mess up the graphics. They are just awful.
Sound - 6
The sound is okay, but it does have some negatives to it. One would be whenever you get hit, the music pauses for a second and then resumes, the next one would be the sound glitching up like the sound effects. I can't stand to hear this garbage in this game.
Addictiveness - 2
I would most likely not play this game because of the messed up graphics and the messed up sound. Everything in this game is messed up. If I ever owned this game, I would either sell it or blow it up. Either way, it would be out of my life. :P
Story - 6
The story is pretty bad. Dr.Morbis creates an ape man to destroy the 3 cheetah men, so the cheetah men's are off to stop Dr. Morbis and his evil creatures. That is pretty much sums up the story in this game. The 3 Cheetah Men suck.
Depth - 3
The game does not have a lot of features. There is no changing weapons, no changing cheetahs, and some enemies can walk through walls. It barely has some features in this game that are basically useless. They mess up on what level you would be on. How could they mess up on that? They must have been doing something than making this game.
Difficulty - 9
The game is hard. I can't believe how much mistakes are in this game. For starters, you cannot crouch. Next is that you can't jump down at a high place or you will die in mid air. Another would be the enemies popping out of nowhere. No matter how hard you try, it is just going to be the same difficulty as everyone else experiences.
Wrap Things Up...
There is not much to say about Cheetah Men 2 because it is a load of crap. I would most likely NOT recommend trying this game out. I guarantee you that you will not like it and that the game is pretty much 80% glitchy. If you played it and read this review, you pretty much do not care about what people think and would see it for yourself. I do that some of the time and I was not able to correct them. :P

Cheetahmen? More like man-cheetah-mutant. totaldramaman2
Oh boy, THIS game. Cheetahmen II. You know what I wish "II" meant? PAUSE. This is the sequel to Action 52, a game known for being the worst of the worst. This game was made to be a sequel to what they thought was going to be "the greatest game EVER." Then whatever made them so crazy wore off, so they decided not to release it. However, someone broke in to the warehouse where they kept the cartridges. About 800 are in exisitance. So, this game is so bad, it wasn't even released... LET'S PLAY!
--- They're back! I didn't miss them! They are... the Cheetahmen! ---
Doctor Morbis is back, ready to make MUTANT VS. MUTANT 2! Or, Cheetahmen II, if you prefer. So, it's a sequel. Things improve in sequles. So, this should be better, right? The first enemy you see is an invisible person with a racoon hat on. I have just lost all hope for this game. Most of the enemies in the game are too low to hit. Ranging from wolves, snakes, and beetles. The birds are always placed in the stupidest places. Oh, you fell down a hole and ended up at the top of the screen? That's one of the many problems with this piece of crap.
--- I found a Kaizo trap. A KAIZO MARIO WORLD TRAP. ---
Okay, almost at the end of Level 1! And, time to shoot the invisi-WHAT?!?!?!?! I HIT AN INVISIBLE COIN BLOCK... I HIT AN INVISIBEL COIN BLOCK... I HIT AN INVISIBLE COIN BLOCK. *2 hours later* I HIT AN INVISIBLE COIN BLOCK. There aren't even coins in this game! HOW DID THAT
HAPPEN? And now... the whole level all over again. *groans in such a way it wakes up his cat*. Back through the level... AGAIN. Gosh. Every once in a while, I see a random piece of rock floating in the air. Okay, I made it to Level 2. Now, WOAH-LY CRAP! I have been attacked by a giant stuffed dinosaur. Sometimes, it seems to mock Super Mario Bros.'s World 1-1. Look at the block placement in one of the pictures for this game. RIP OFF.
--- Just like the first game, the rules change between levels ---
In Level 1, the only Sound effect is the death of an enemy. In the second level, you have a jumping sound effect, weapond sound effect, a- never mind. There are 6 levels, but only four are acssesable. The final boss is a dearranged monkey. Once you beat him, the game can't load level 5, so the game is over. Level 5 and 6 are only accesable when the moon is full on a Friday the 13th in April. A Green Pikmin will come down and invade your cartridge. It will reverse it's polarity and make level 5 and 6 open. The final boss just freeses the game. Through a glitch, Level 9 can be found. In there is the game's only 1-up. How mean. I've had enough of this game. I have a lot of reviews coming, thanks to the ideas of my followers. My next review will probably come tommorow for ~sakura~!

From the legarthic creators of Acton 52! mega man221
Ok lets begin with why I am not reviewing the bug fixed version. From play counts alone, I was looking at around the 5,000 range for this one and the 500 range for the bug fixed one. So it was obvious what I was going to do. The more popular one so hopefully more people will read it.
So, without further ado, let my review begin, Cheetahmen 2!
Graphics: 3. The first enemy you meet is an invisible guy in some armor plates. They just move back and forth and flick knives around. This game is like a bad Atari game because you have to use your imagination in pretty much everything. Well maybe the graphics aren't that bad, but for a game made in 1992 they are pretty bad. Most of the bugs are graphical too so lets see those. Blocks changing color, stone nuggets randomly appearing and enemies going through the floor. Atari had an excuse for those unrealistic graphics but this one takes it to far. The best sprites are of the Cheetahmen who actually have facial features.
Sound: 8. Most of you might be asking why this is at 8. It is at 8 for the theme song. Which I have described in Action 52's review as epic long and detailed. The title theme is good but is also a rip off theme. I'll talk about that in the extras. The only sound effect is a music stopping purr that is made when attacking. So the downsides are that there are very few sounds. Oh yeah, and a fiercer sounding purring noise is made when hit, along with a short tone made after dying.
Addictiveness: 1. I don't like this game. It sucks I only got excited about playing it because it is worth thousands of dollars.
Story: 5. Dr. Morbis creates the Ape Man - a very powerful sub-human and sends him out to the Cheetahmen. Generic revenge story. Not really stupid but not good.
Depth: 2. All the levels are pretty much the same. Nothing much to say very little things like it's quality.
Difficulty: 10. This game is way to difficult. Especially since it's from the ambush of enemies. Along with the death of falling.
Extras: Cheetahmen 2 was never meant to be played. They were hidden in a warehouse and someone decided to rob it, unaware of the horrors GIANT SNAKES!!!!!!, no just this horrid game. Don't you find it weird that animals are working for Dr. Morbis , after all he is mutating them all. There are only 1,500 - 1,600 copies selling at prices from $ 3,000 to $ 10,000. If you want to play at least a version of the game that is a little bit better then go over and try out the Cheetahmen 2 bug fixed version which is less ugly and not as glitchy.
Well I hope that you enjoyed my review of Cheetahmen 2 ! If there is anything I can do with my reviews to fix them just tell me in the comments! Thanks again- mega man221

Story: The story is abour Doctor Morbis using his new ape man to destroy the cheetahmen once and for all, and that's about it for the story.- - -Graphics:The graphics look exactly the same as the Action 52 Version of cheetahmen, seriously no improvements. All the sprite flickering is bad and still annoying as usual.- - -Gameplay:The first level you play as i think apollo who uses a crossbow to kill enemies, it sucks, see most of the enemies are on the ground or to short to hit, you cannot crouch so its impossible to hit ground enemies. Jumping is annoying, it's the same in Action 52 where you tap B and then push right. if you jump off a block floating in the air air you will die from fall damage, if you don't jump you're fine. The first boss is Doctor Morbis who just runs to the right and doesn't stop until he dies. I didn't bother to play anymore, i got so bored.- - -Sound/Music:The music is the same theme from the Action 52 version. the sound effects are the same to with the jump sounding like a hum by a cricket and punching something that sounds like a pigeon being punched- - -Final Verdict:This game sucks, bad graphics, bad sound, bad controls, bad glitches.
