Cluefinders Search and Solve Adventures classgame
WELCOME TO MY REVIEW FEST! Another Tour de Vizzed has started and since I won't be working again until September I can post one review a day for the entirety of the TDV event, You would have thought it was over after they covered Reading Adventures (which I may or may not review, we'll see)
Story: The game starts off with the Cluefinders hanging out in the Cluefinders clubhouse (this is the only game where we see them in the clubhouse (you know the one we see when we click on the Cluefinders club...except maybe for Real World Adventure Kit but I'll get to that when I get to that) and there just so happens to be a lunar eclipse that night, however Joni and Owen are goofing of to a point where the telescope is no longer focused on the eclipse, but on an abandoned amusement park where there it appears that someone is trapped in there, and sure enough the person revealed on the drop ride is the art museum curator, and he's stuck up there because all the power has been cut to the park, so until the power is restored he's stuck up there. For the second straight game, Owen and Joni are in the front lines (I think Reading Adventures was released before S&SA was).
Graphics: again the game and the characters are 2D animated.
Sound: well it's nothing special really, it fits theming I can confirm that.
Addictive: once I got the hang of the game it really became fun.
Depth: this game is the standard length of a normal Cluefinders game (three act structure).
Difficulty: You want to know when I originally played this? sometime in the early 2000s and I couldn't get anywhere in the game, I didn't get to finish the game until 2014 (thanks to some online tutorials) This game is actually meant for 9-12+ crowd.
Post review follow up: So like I said played this before I played Reading Adventures (so certain lines will be crossed if and when I do get to review this game) But I don't really have that much to criticize about the game, but I bet the fans were happy to get at least three more adventures after Reading (one of which I already reviewed). I guess that's all I have to say here, tune in tomorrow when I do a review of......Adventure workshop Grades 4-6? I'll do the best I can with that one
