Good game even if most people don't agree. It was easy to me. A game that is good to try good job Baro for making a good game. A new story which I like and new fakemon just have too remember each type of the new fakemon. Some of the fakemon don't look good while some are great. I like the rival I like when the rivals are nice. Even though there are alote of negative feedback for this game but they cannot tell others to like it or not because when I about to play it the first time I thought I would not like it because of the comments but when I did I like it one of my favorite hacks.

Serious review for Pokemon Quartz   HakumeixShay
Alright, due to some very helpful tips I've decided to try on my intro to my reviews, so let's start, maybe my stupidity will rub off on this review... WELCOME TO POKEMON QUARTZ!!! This is a game that's based off of the hoenn region, I kind of forgot the regions name, forgive me for holding down spacebar, with a whole new dialogue of everything, a whole new region to explore that was based off of the hoenn region. If you really look at this, you can tell how much the creator put into this. Graphics - 9 - Except for the few mess-ups, this game doesn't look as bad as everyone says it does. Sure, some of the pokemon look ugly, or badly drawn, but he put a lot of time and effort into the overworld, and how he switched the types of the pokemon, and had to think of new movesets for said pokemon, and actually put new moves in, and that's only mentioning some of the work he had to put in this. Standard Hoenn looks in the overworld, though.Sound - 3 - The sound is just standard hoenn sounds, so nothing really special to talk about here.Addictiveness - 8 - Standard for all pokemon games, because that's all this game really has to offer. The story may bring a tiny bit of replay value, but we'll just talk about that in the story section.Story - 9 - The story is mostly about a realistic,(not surprising, since of the maturity rating that you're supposed to have)modern day teen in life, you meet new people and get new pokemon, while having a love life with your rival, dealing with the new electric pokemon gang, and unraveling the legendaries, a little different here.Depth - 5 - Again, the love life part, take that away then it's just like the regular pokemon.Difficulty - 6 - Despite training 4 pokemon, I managed to get them at most 5 levels higher than the gym leader's pokemon, so it's really easy to train...Overall - 8.3 - Based on the more lower rated scores, I'm surprised why I didn't give it a lower rating, but it's still good enough to deserve this score, as it is a portion as good as a regular pokemon game is, and it's a pretty good portion.Now, to end all the rage about my ratings, it's just that, I don't care really about the glitch after the 7th gym, if you weren't smart enough to use save state after an important event like catching a pokemon, then the burden is on you, sorry. ^-^

I like that there are new characters, a new story, and all new Pokemon... But I find many of the Pokemon added look horrible and like a rip off of many of the originals. I like how different your rival is compared to the other games, I`m not going to ruin it, but I picked a male and I have to say I am really liking how ... different the rival is... If the rival had stayed just about the same or had been different in any way then I would have less interest in playing this.  I have really enjoyed what I have played up to so far, although from what I have heard this is the old/incomplete version. Regardless of that it`s still a good game and is worth some of your time. It`s one of the easiest Pokemon games I have ever played. I do not like the swearing at all though, it just feels weird playing a Pokemon game and having characters in the game swearing. It`s not the biggest game and the story does not really impress me, but the story is not that different from most Pokemon games. If it really is incomplete then I can`t say it`s too addicting. I would never be addicted to a game like this that you are unable to complete. There are also various spelling mistakes. Despite the game`s flaws you should at least give it a try, it`s still an enjoyable game, and I am going to go to as far as I can.

Pokémon Quartz Review   iDeath99
This game Pokémon Quartz was a fun game to play. I rated the graphics 8 because they were great however they contain minor mistakes, but overall the creator did do a great job on creating new Pokémon and sprites. The sound rated a 7 since it is basically similar to the other Pokémon games. The Addictiveness was rated a 6 not because of the game, but instead is based on my personal opinion. The story was similar to other Pokémon games where you have a rival and you get badges and catch legendary Pokémon. The creator did a great job explaining the story and I appreciated it. Depth is obviously rated a 9 since the game takes a while to beat; catching Pokémon and defeating gym leaders. Another reason I rated the Depth as 9 was that I enjoyed the game as to the other Pokémon games. Difficulty I rated a 7 since at the beginning the game was easy, but as the game progressed it got harder. It was fun playing this game and I hoped my review helped.

Pokemon Quartz is one of the most impressive mods/hacks that i have seen yet! with a rewritten storyline, new pokemon and more twists and turns to the game to keep you going. Pokemon Quartz like i said, offers new types of pokemon, new cities and new gym leaders and i have not seen that many bugs with the game when i played it so the game is pretty addictive to play like any other older pokemon game offered. Although here is the bad side and even if there isnt many bad points there is. The spelling and grammar for the game is not great and even my grammar isnt great but it could be improved. Its not enough to take away from the game but enough that its noticeable. Also if you hate bad language it has some but its not that bad. Overall Pokemon Quartz is an good game. Id recommend playing it!

Pokemon Quartz --A Real Fake   PKMNCB
I suggest getting another version. Because guess what? Today, I played this game, from 2 badges to 7, and began my dive for Quartz Tower Town. BONK! BONK! BONK! (Annoying sound it makes when you run into something)... I couldn't go in. I pressed my 'B' key. It sent me up. I thought I had saved myself... WHAT THE--?! I'm standing on top of the rock-cave-thing. I put on skates desperately. I Speed the game. I Dash with my R.S. And nothing worked. You want to know why? Vizzed did not release the full version of the game, which has to be downloaded (and I'm telling you, after working my butt off all day for 5 badges, this angers me to no end). If I had not spent the past HOUR trying to find info on this desperately, I would have written it off as a glitch and moved onto Marble. And I know 99.99% of you are going, 'WHY is this guy rambling like a little brat?' And I'm sorry for that. But I had my extreme hopes up for this game, and they came falling down. Peace... even though you probably want to punch a hole in my review.

Incomplete gameplay   scraft_games
I was really doing well and even got the 7th badge. But then I get to the underwater cave right before the last gym. The next thing for me to do was to go and battle the legendary sun Pokemon. However, you cannot advance past the underwater cave since the cave won't let you go through. If you use dive on the part of the nich in the wall that should lead you to the town, you'll be transported and stuck in a wall where you can't move. So much for saving the world

This game is very enjoyable and I like it a lot. There was some language flaws but that wasn't a big deal. It made sense and I look forward to playing it again. I recommend this to everyone that enjoy Poke Mon. I rate this game a nine, and I look forward for another game like this. The story fit together well, and the game isn't very hard. The game is very long like most Poke Mon games. When I started this game it seemed very interesting to me. I hope many fans of Poke Mon will play this game, so they can enjoy it as much as I do.
