i think it is pokemon ruby destiny reign of legends because it has a realy good story line and you can get all legendary pokemon )

I think my favorite hack that I've played is Pokemon Identity version. Sorry I don't have the link, but you can search it on PokeCommunity forums. It is very story-driven, with more scripted events, and your character actually has lines! It's really fun, you ought to give it a try.
