So we didn't get 20 people this go round. We currently have 15. If we're going to play as-is, I'll have to rework the game, or we could play a different game, one that was already suggested in the voting thread (but each one would have to be altered in some way), or another game built from the ground up. The last option is to extend the sign-ups. Please vote at the top (and if you're not one of the people playing, please don't vote!), and check in here (not required to play, but still asked for as a formality). Also, if you vote for option 2, please let me know which of the games you'd like to do (Psych Mafia, Meme Mafia, Smash Bros. Mafia, Mario Mafia). If you vote for option 3, feel free to make a suggestion for a topic! It might be used.

Voting ends about a week from now, August 23, at noon Central time.

I would extend the sign-ups, just a tad longer. I won't have a ton of time, so if it's too long, I won't be able to be dependable. So, if we can get some players in the next few days/weeks I'm good.

As a courtesy, you should just go with what you have, and don't extend sign ups.

Any time you extend sign ups, for whatever reason, the game loses activity. From the point a player signs up, their time bomb is ticking, and it's already begun for many of the players.

Once time is up, they get bored, and that hurts your game.

I believe you should have waited a month longer to start sign-ups. You would end up with a much more active game, is my belief.

Lord Leggy - King of IT : I believe you're on to something. I tend to ask too much, and do too little. If the people choose that option, I'm going to go with it, though. I believe it's better to leave this poll as is, now that I've made it. I made this forum for the people, and I want them to have a voice. If they choose what you've suggested, then so be it. If not, then so be it. If I'm a fool for doing this, then I'll figure things out through my mistake. Thanks for taking the time to give a suggestion. I'll keep it in mind in the future.

EDIT: darthyoda: It would definitely be faster to rewrite the game. But others may want a bigger game. That's why I kept that option open. Sorry for forgetting to reply to you. I'll direct you here via PM.

You should rewrite the game to work with how many players we have.

Even if you did extend the signup time, enough people STILL might not sign up. And that could lose the interest of the current people signed up as Leggy stated...

I still want an awesome Disney character. :v

It's very much unanimous. 5 votes so far, all for the same thing. I'm reworking the game for you guys, and as soon as I'm ready to start, I will inform you guys, and start the game.
