The quality of my life (and other people's life) goes up and down constantly. Sometimes it's awesome, and sometimes it downright sucks. But I do believe that there's at least one good thing in a day, or at least that there's a good thing that happens from the bad thing that happens. Like for example, being on here almost always elevates my mood c:

My life has been pretty good so far in the first 28 ( almost 29 ) years. I do, however, have one huge regret...

I played football for 2 years in high school, and I loved it. I played receiver, and I caught pretty much anything that came my way. I wasn't very fast, but I had great hands. My football coach said it was "one of the best pairs of hands he'd ever seen." Well in my junior year, a lot of my friends said they were going to try out for the golf team. They said I should try out too, and I did. Since golf season started around the same time as football did, I had to choose between the two. I talked for a long time with coach about it. In the end, I decided to go out for the golf team instead of continue playing football. Coach was really disappointed about my decision, but he said it was my decision to make.

If I would've played those last 2 years of football I could've easily received a full scholarship somewhere, played football in college, and quite possibly at least tried out for the pros if I wasn't already good. Who knows where I'd be right now if I would've done that. I can tell you there's an alternate universe somewhere where I DID stay playing football, and I'd possibly be in the NFL now. But then again, if I was in the NFL I would've never met my current wife.

Bottom line is, I do love my life. I work inside a bowling alley, and I'm constantly around the game. I still LOVE watching football though ( both college and pro ). And each time I watch it, I can't help but think "what if..."
