what browser are you using? try updating java...

and try uninstalling it completely... restarting your computer and downloading it and installing the plugin again. Close your browser after the plugin is installed.

Not sure what else to suggest. Just keep trying.

if it says its not found then you didn't install it properly.

This is going to be one of those trial and error things on your part. It's not likely I'll be able to fix your problem with the little bit of info I have. Just keep trying.

If you are using something like Windows Vista you might have to right click and "Run as Administrator" on the plugin installer file for it to install properly.

Hmm, you still might need to do the same thing for XP SP3, I'm not sure.
I stopped using XP just before SP3 came out.
From what I hear there should be a new version of the plugin coming in about 3 or 4 days so maybe that one will work better for you.
