Ok guys. I've had it with this problem to do with my father I have told you guys about my brothers wedding and as usual he has done nothing to help out which I am not surprised about. He has always been that way for years despite that. He is now stressing out my brother me and my family for no reason. hes never been the father that I always wanted. hes a liar. A criminal, cheater, good for nothing father who can care less, and a downright bad parent. But to the point. He lies hes way out of things. People believe that. Also he almost once destroyed my mother emotionally as she kept that from what he truly is personal wise for years until about 4 years ago or more. hes trying now to destroy my brothers wedding and happiness in anyway with his own greed and selfishness. I hate to say I still have not forgiven he has done to my mother and to my brother and sister as well. 

we went through something that wasn't needed. He CREATED it. Also hes a flippin cheater god knows how many women he slept with. I remember when I was young we always asked. *mummy? When is daddy coming back from Nigeria?* and she said *very soon* let alone we knew that he was with another woman and had a child with her. I despite everything he has done and it will take a long time for me to forgive him. His excuses are. Oh because of my condition. Oh because I don't have money. He was meant to go and see my brothers fiancée family a couple months ago and he didn't go because he couldn't rent a car. How my dad works? He borrows money from people and do bad things. No wonder hes a criminal. The time that he was in court. He used me.... he tried USE me to get out of his mess! Saying *Oh I have a sick ill child at home who needs me* really I do?! hes never been there for my family period! hes already making a mess of things now. We were happy so happy! I don't care I never wanted him to come to my brothers wedding. I wouldn't stand a few feet of where he is! hes a despicable man. And I have had it. whats happening now? On the phone my mum my who is also in the house are talking about him. I went downstairs to confirm my mother about the decoration for the wedding cake. But to see her shout which caught my attention.


You will not believe what he said to my brother through his text my dad is blaming my brother? And for what?! Blaming my brother for nothing at all! Now my brother is stressed out we all are. I am sick of this situation and now...its back. I just hope that nothing else goes wrong without my father trying mess things up. Its stupid because my father still treats my brother like a child and till this day which I hate. I hate hate hate it! I always follow my instinct on things. I don;t want my father to show his face at all. I don't want spots on my face I refuse to let my father start up something that happened years ago....

Sighs* I needed to let off a lot of steam.sorry about that.....its been a while since I have ranted like this....

Im on my phone right now so I cant type much but I will say one thing. Dont let him get the best of you, like you said he never wanted and has never been a good influence for your family, you should not stress yourself so much with this, focus on the wedding instead and let your brother deal with him, Its his wedding after all so if its importat for him Im sure he wont let it be ruined, no matter what. Just trust him and do your best.

Oh god... your father sounds like a terrible person. I feel sorry for you .

Okay, I know I'm just a kid, so I probably won't help much, but... (why am I trying, I can't help). *sigh*. Well, I hope that your father doesn't make anything worse, and if he does, just ignore him (like mvhupsel suggested). It could be hard to ignore him, but try to.

Oh, and Vizzed will always be here to help you (I can't exactly say myself, since I'm just a kid . If anything, I should be asking you for help.)

Seems like you and I are going through similar hell. You told me once the situation I am in with my mother reminded you of your father, and reading your rant, I can see the similarities very well. My mother is not a cheater and a criminal like your father, but she is a liar, and both my grandma and I are blamed for all of her problems.

No matter what, stay strong and do not let him get to you. I have a father that beat us senseless daily. We escaped him, but that is not the point. That is for another Thread. Just don't let him get the best of you. 

Eniitan : It's horrible when parents act like that. I can't believe he'd use as an excuse to get out of court! Just hold on though, things will get better. I'm sorry I can't give better advice..

Eniitan, this is terrible! I really feel for you! Sometimes parents do things that are selfish, and they fail to see that it hurts their children very much. Often, they are wounds that never heal. I am praying for you! 

I hope that your Dad will wake up, see the damage he's done, and try to seek forgiveness for this! 

Just stay strong, fight through! I know everyone says that, but I know you can do it!

Maybe he just needs some help, I find it kinda ignorant just to say that he's a terrible man.

Maybe he just has a serious mental condition, y'know.

If he just has a minor condition, though. Yeah then he is a horrible man.
