What is the worst anime you can think of?

School days. I hate that anime so much.

I don't really have any particular anime that I don't like. I liked almost all the anime I have come across. Sometimes Romance anime's I don't like though, it really just depends.

I'm expecting a lot of hate for this one here... But I am thinking of Dragon Ball Z. Mostly the dub version, maybe I should check out the subs... But I didn't really get into the story and action as much as other anime.

I wouldn't say my choices are 'crappy anime', just these are two animes I have given up on, and could less about anymore. Probably going to get some hate about it...

BLEACH and Naruto.

I loved the first seasons, characters, powers, everything. Then they started doing SEASONS of filler and I still held on. I still wanted to know what was going to happen. Then, they'd both have important episodes, and when you think the story is going to continue... Filler. I'll describe a scene from each animes, scenes that are pretty much when I started to give up hope of them getting better.

Oh, and I suppose there may be *SPOILERS*. So... There. I warned you.

In Naruto, they had that arc where Shino was trying to find that rare beetle that, once it has a scent, will follow that scent until it found it's owner. After all those cool fight scenes and Hinata being a badass, they finally found what they were looking for. Great! Now they can find Sasuke, right? Right? ... Nope. Naruto farts and the beetle finds him. The end. That's when I started to lose hope. I still watched up to Shippuden and the fight scenes are still great, but it's the 6 episodes of filler to get to one great fight scene that made me lose interest... Like completely. Still love Shikamaru though, hes the best.

In BLEACH, they had just reached the climax of the fight between Ichigo and Grimmjow, and the season ended. Then, when the new season started, they show the highlights of that incredible fight, and THEN, they tell you, "Hey, let's see what's happening in the Soul Society! What's that? You want more Hueco Mundo badass stuff because you love the Arrancars and could care less about filler that affects literally NOTHING in the Soul Society? Well, too bad. One entire arc of filler. Enjoy, or don't. Whatever." That's when I started to lose it. Then they would periodically show that annoying Don Kanonji and the Karakuraizers and that made me want to smash my face into a brick wall... That's when I pretty much gave up on animes that have more than 26 episodes, with the exception of Hunter X Hunter. Also, they killed off Ulquiorra like a *****, because they ran out of ideas and made him too strong... I was so mad.

Anyways... Those are my choices and those are my reasons. At first I was going to say that crappy animes to me, are about 90% of the new stuff coming out now, because the entire concepts are fan service, which makes me sad... And is the reason why I don't love anime as much as I did 10 years ago...

So, instead, I decided to vent about animes I have watched, so I could give an honest and accurate summation of my true feelings on said animes. It's pretty long... I'm pretty angry... If you read all of this, you're a cool person. Or a bored one. Well... Bye!

Without a doubt, Dragon Ball Z.

So many of the episodes were just...pointless filler. There is a reason there are so many jokes about things like 'if this was DBZ, the next ten episodes would just be Goku falling' or the like. So much was POINTLESS, and even more was just over the top exaggeration that is more facepalm-worthy than funny. I tried watching it when I was little. I swear I did. I always liked Sailor Moon even with the corniness, but DBZ turned me off because it was so ridiculous. 

xxxbluewolf : oh my gosh you horrible horrible person School Days was the best thing that ever happened to anime......WRONG that anime was crap. But now that I think about it I did somewhat like it until the bad stuff happened you know? 

I wish I didn't spend a whole day watching it. I remember spending half of the day ranting on how dumb the anime was and I watched plenty of other satisfying good animes. It was pratically a palate cleanser for me. But I did get into the whole "dere" personality and I somehow manage to find Mirai Nikki. Love the sub but I hate the dub, and I usually don't hate dubs.

Also I love corspe party, and I love the gory anime that came after it. I can't remember the name of it at the top of my head but I do remember being shocked at the end.

Ok I will have to say any long running popular anime series out there.  Sure I love Slayers but it's not popular and also I don't recall much filler if there was it was closely tied in the same episode with the plot.
I will say I did not watch much of Naruto or Bleach because I already had enough with DBZ, One Piece, and Inu Yasha.  One Piece I lost interest because the plot did not move fast enough for me and I don't have time nor money to keep with it...  Inu Yasha I have one thing to say "plot repeat"!  In just one season I saw the same filler plot used maybe five times and I could not handle it anymore.  I felt like I was watching repeats.  Couldn't keep track of what I was watching it was all the same!  As for DBZ we all know the famed "The planet will explode in 15 minutes" filler....  Yeah that says it all!
Now you might say well you didn't give Naruto or Bleach a chance.  Well from the first few eps I saw they seemed to follow the same fate as most popular long anime.
Now the new most hated anime is the new Sailor Moon Crystal which butchers the series to death.  Takes out almost all extra characters, ANY comedy that was in the original, and ALL the side archs that I loved....  Oh and they changed personalities of my fave characters Mars, Venus, Zocite, and Malechite.  And they changed the story all together!  >.>

Thought of more. 

Another one that makes my list is FLCL. I know it's point was to be weird and quirky, but ...it just came across as nonsensical, like a fever dream you'd have while trying to paint something that would come to life and join you in reality. It had no purpose, no point at all in the middle of the nonsense, and half an episode in it became off-putting for that exact reason.

Same with Trouble Chocolate. At least FLCL was only a mini series. Trouble Chocolate was a full-blown anime, and to this DAY, despite having watched the entirety of it, I can't tell you the first thing about what it was supposed to be about, or why. It is one of those that you sit through and go "....uuuuuh...." the entire time. It made. no. sense. Not even in an abstract art sort of way. It was the 'throw it in the trash because someone obviously vomited out a series and expected it to work' sort of way.

I mainly see people hating on DBZ because of it's massive filler content. There's an official abridged version of it called DBZ Kai, so check it out and then see how you like it after? As for me, I hate Girls Bravo, many many school/slice-of-life genre animes (some make the cut like seitokai yakuindomo), and half of naruto shippuden. I could enjoy the earlier Naruto series, but many many times in shippuden I keep getting so many flashbacks, which almost creates as much filler as DBZ and it's annoying because I am TIRED of how every other few episodes we see a flashback of Naruto back when people shunned him. Like the viewers get it, his childhood sucked. We already saw that arc, in the very first few episodes of the original Naruto. It's been over 300 episodes, please show us the recent stuff.

I don't watch anime as much as I used to (all the time) but the worst anime I can think of has to be kill me baby.

My least favorites (for reasons already explained by others) would have to be Naruto (because it is pathetic) and School Days (because...ugh).  Other than that, I do remember disliking SAO (for it's over-the-top mainstream intellect) and Chu-Bra (Look at the title. No, you're not wrong).

I know there's a lot of crappy animes out there but I try to avoid as many as I can but some animes that are crappy are (in my opinion of course):

Elfen Lied: (I used to like it till I took an arrow to the knee and read the manga which is AWESOME) what sucks about it rather then the incomplete story is crappy voice acting and I can't really say anything about the animation but it kind of looks bad even for the time it came out BUT the soundtrack is AWESOME (and the least I say about Nyu the better)

We Without Wings: you ever wanted to watch anime that tries to make a storyline but doesn't care at the same time but tries just enough and is noticeable well We without wings is the anime for you not only does it have fan service (which doesn't bug me but the first episode does it odd..........) but it has very undeveloped characters its sad when my favorite character is a person who sits and watches TV and that's all they do the entire series it also has a forgettable soundtrack and opening it also has a very awkward scene involving a girl AHEM 'curing' one of the main characters..............

Pupa AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAH oh pupa a incomplete storylines with more plot holes then Final Fantasy 7 a crappy ending underdeveloped characters and the over use of the word 'Onichan' and the less I say about the yummy yummy lunch time the less I have to type and explain which I cant cuz this is a family friendly site and I have some standards, some.

I'm sure I watched more but I cant really care to look for something in my brain that I didn't like to begin with

I haven't really seen any crappy yet, in my opinion. I mean, I am just starting to get out of my normal stuff, but still... can't say I have seen anything that I would call crappy. That's probably because I won't watch anything that doesn't sound interesting from the description. 

One piece 4KIDS Version and pretty much every other anime they destroyed and Bleach just never really liked it.
