Hey, people of the land of V! Green here with another thready! So, it is time to finally explain my theory I thought ago. I estimate that there are going to be five games in total. One takes place in FredBear's Family Diner, the 2nd one is the first Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, the 3rd one is the newly and improved Freddy Fazbear's Pizza (Fnaf 2), the 4th one is probably the last Freddy Fazbear's pizza (Fnaf 1), and finally, the last but not least, Freddy's Fright: Horror Attraction that takes place in the future. It definitely takes places in the 2000s, and it's probably Fnaf 3, since it's 30 years later. Also, the series is called 'Five Nights at Freddy', five games in total. Understood the reference? What do you think about this? Is it possible?

I dunno. Maybe there will be 4, but I don't think there will be 5. My best bet is, sadly, this is the last game. But, I'm just guessing here. Scott is a smart and clever guy, and he can do anything to surprise us when we least expect it.

LunarDarkness2 : Yeah, maybe Scott will take a huge break after the 3rd game's release. Maybe after several months, he'll announce a fourth game? Who knows, and I respect a lot of Scott's work. He's really a hard working person. Let's just all hope the 3rd game will be good.

greenluigi : Oh, believe me, it's going to be good. I actually think this may be the best one yet, in my opinion. 

I don't think the game will extend to fnaf 5 but there has to be a 4th even after the 3rd fnaf there's still going to be things left unexplained as the game theorists said there's 4 establishments and leaving the game at just 3 you don't know what happened in either 1 or the other places. Also if you email Scott Cawthon you get an automated message and one part says "I love seeing fan games.. so on so on.. and as a courtesy please do not name your game fnaf 3, 4 ect." so that could also mean something. But, I could be wrong.

I personally thing that this one will be the last one but I don't want it to be, I do want the series to continue for at least one more game after this because its so popular even though I don't play it. If there are 5 games, id actually be quite happy. Good job with this.

Interesting! Well, I sure hope FNaF 3 isn't going to be the last, but these days I keep having hunches that the worst it going to happen .

Not all of them have been right, mind you xD!

Anyway, in all seriousness, I'd love new games, but if this is Scott's last, I'm not going to whine like a little baby - he did a kicka** job on the first two, and, quite frankly, even if the third one DOES suck (which I'm pretty sure it won't since he told us he was working hard on it), the series would STILL have done so much for me and given me so much to do and think about and elaborate on with a haeadcanon and draw and write and  just get me to think more in general instead of getting on the laptop all the time. I really, really appreciate that.

Scott Cawthon is a genius. If he makes five (or more games), it'd be great, but if he doesn't, he's ALREADY left enough of his awesomeness behind in an incomplete story that will get us poor souls with nothing to do to talk and share our opinions and just bond for years and years .

I'm serious, though. So far, I have actually made one friend due to to she sole reason that we  both play and are able to discuss Five Night's at Freddy's . It's made us go on to talk about other things, too!

I hate it when people hate on things for the sole fact tat they are popular; we should all remember  that a lot of popular things are popular for good reason.

Anyway, assuming there are going to be two more games after this one, I think of of these would be the timeline. 

If the "new and improved" in FNaF 2 meant that there was yet ANOTHER time during which "Freddy Fazbear's Pizza" (giving us three in total) was open, my guess would be the same as yours. 

If "new and improved" ALSO meant "new and improved and with a new name", I'm assuming the Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from the second game is a direct reopening of Fredbear's Family Diner . This is what I'm kind of hoping for xD. If so, I'm guessing this is what five games would bring us:

Fredbear's Family Diner (New security guard... possibly Fritz Smith?)  --> Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from FNaF 2 (Jeremy Fitzgerald and Fritz Smith, I guess, on the Custom Night, if he counts) --> Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from FNaF 1 (Phone Guy) --> Freddy Fazbear's Pizza from FNaF 1 (Mike Schmidt) --> Fazbear's Fright: Horror Attraction (New security guard)

That's just what I'm hoping for . I want to play as Phone Guy xP!!!

I have the feeling it's gonna be a clean trilogy.

That's really not that bad, they could go and over exaggerate it, and then it's legacy will be ruined. I am quite happy with only 3 games.

NintendoFanKimmy : 7eebs, or, I mean, bald guy, don't forget that Phone Guy from Fnaf 2 did mention that there was a previous security guard, and, like, the previous one complained about the 'animatronicS', I did say Animatronic in the plural form, sneaking into his office. So, it's impossible if the previous restaurant was FredBear's Family Diner for couple of reasons, such as: The restaurant was very small (Death minigames), there was animatronic, who was FredBear, and, finally, the last, but, not least, the technology. So, FredBear's Family Diner took place in the 70s. Why? Watch Matpat's video. So, 1st was FredBear, 2nd was a Freddy Fazbear's pizza, 3rd was the new and improved, 4th was a Freddy Fazbear's pizza, 5th one, but not least, Freddy's Fright: The Horror Attraction.
