Can anyone recommend some quality hacks and/or homebrews that I can play on this site? There seems to be a great multitude of them and I'd like to try some of them out. I can see that there's no shortage of Pokemon hacks here so if you happen to bring a few up, make sure that they're truly top notch and stand out from the truckloads of them that happen to be available.

NEW! SMW2 Yoshi's Island is one of my favorite hacks for Yoshi's Island. It's a little on the tough side, so I'd recommend that you be familiar with the original game before playing this one. If you want less difficulty, SMW 2+2 is another solid Yoshi's Island hack as well.

For Super Mario World hacks, one of my go-to favorites is Rise to the Challenge. It's another difficult hack, but the levels themselves are really creative and fun to go through. Hack 2 is another great Super Mario World hack. Nice gimmicky hack, and not too long. Good to play in one afternoon!

jmascis14 : Some good hacks are the entire Pokemon Ruby Destiny series, Pokemon Dark Rising I and II, Pokemon Shiny Gold, and Pokemon Liquid Crystal. You should try all those out!

I see that you mentioned Pokemon, but if you're also a Tecmo Super Bowl fan, I recommend you play any of the hacks that we have on Vizzed. Preferably, the most recent hacks ( the 2014 and 2015 versions ) are the best, in my opinion. They are way more challenging, and way more fun to play than the other ones. Although, any of them are quality hacks if you want to try them out!

There are also a bunch of Mario hacks on here, if you're also a Mario fan. My personal favorite Mario hack is the "Frustration" hack. Obviously, I like to play challenging games, and this specific one does not disappoint me
