Note, this is mostly for anyone that has graduated from either High School or College.

The question needs to be asked, during your time since your graduation, do you ever miss going to school or do you never want to go to school ever again. Some might miss it and others might now.

For me, well, I graduated since 2012, and personally as of this moment, I still haven't missed school and personally, I am glad I don't have to face that torture anymore.

(On a different note, I think you NEED to go back to school since college is spelled with an e)

I enjoyed my time both in high school and in college. I know this is not the same depending on where people go to high school or college, but I don't miss high school just because I am now working as a teacher in a high school, so I'm technically in the system, just on the other side as an educator. I do miss college though and in some sense I wish college would still be somewhat incorporated in my life right now, like still being able to take classes that I want and being able to live in a close knit community without them being so far apart. Of course, some aspects, like the cost, are things that I do not miss about college.

I like to learn and I try to improve myself everywhere I go.  I found school fun because there are people who's jobs are to develop young minds and open up experiences and opportunities to those who want to participate.  I wanted to participate so teachers always treated me well and I enjoyed the experience.

But I don't want to go back. No way.  I get to go earn real money now.  I have so many things that I can realize and go out and do now.  Real life isn't just projects and homework.  It's so much more and it's diverse and a blast.  School is a good prep to learn how to work, learn how to stay disciplined and not get distracted by the internet or video games or other things, and how to socialize and work with conflict.
Once you learn those things, you don't need them again.
Enter the real world.

I don't particularly miss high school. But there are moments when I start to feel nostalgic.

I do miss my particular set of friends that I used to hang out with all the time.

But in terms of learning, and just living in general, I felt trapped.

I didn't like the conformity. College is much more liberating in that area.

school was a trap for me, I was force to obey, do meanless work, suffer unpopular life, and I lived 10 miles away so it was impossible to join a club. Its better to never join a school it just makes people kill themselves (yes it does we know it)(I know I been using it too much I am not crazy).

Sometimes I miss it, but I don't miss certain classes, teachers and students.

There are a few things I really miss now and again. All of my old friends that I used to hang out with. We were really close, but drifted apart a few years after school. We still talk occasionally, but it's not the same. I miss art class and the teachers: Erica and Pancho. I really miss my horticulture class and the teacher, Louise. I've gone to visit a few times and I plan on going to visit just before Christmas. 

I don't know if I'd want to relive it though. There was a lot of bad to go with the good. 

Ever since first grade when I screamed and cried and tried to escape, I hated school. I hated it all the way through college and I'm glad to be done. Learning is cool, but school pissed me off.

Despite the fact I was bullied through middle and early high school, I enjoyed school. Unlike so many other kids, I actually extremely liked what I was learning except math. I excel at English and was at the top of the class without trying. Science was my favorite subject except physics. I can run further and longer than the jocks that bullied me. Life was good. I even enjoyed everything the cafeteria threw at me lol. College is something else. It is like high school except funner, there are almost no one who cares to bully you, and you are free as a bird. So if you ask me if I want to go back I will give a big yes. I will go back to college and just take classes on Astronomy or anything else that interest me. Hell I can just take a communications class to make new ladyfriends but since I got a girlfriend I shouldn't. Man those speech classes were so fun ahhhh this thread is making me nostalgic lol. Aside from classes, schools got a club for everyone. You think you're weird? There are so many people just like and unlike you in schools. It's worth it to just go back for a class or two here and there. Needless to say, I don't like online classes.

Do I at anytime miss school now that I am no longer forced to go there ? No as a whole I don't miss school in itself but I do miss certain teachers and most of my friends I made while going to school. I also do miss certain classes I took in school because they were interesting but I can find any of that stuff online now. I voted yes tho because I do miss some things from my time in school. Not to mention how much easier life was when I was attending school compared to afterwards. :O)

No, god no. I hated school. It sucked, sucks, and always shall suck. The only thing I miss is how easy it was to get girls but that's not enough to make me want to go back.

Not really, now that I'm at home, I'm sort of realizing that high school is just a waste of time. The only thing i learned is patience and learning how to drive.

I miss school so much! I graduated with my bachelors four years ago, but I go back for classes at the local community college periodically.  I'm thinking of signing up for two this semester: my local state's history and Intro to Physics (I did poorly my first time around and would like a second chance now that a few years have gone by). 

I wonder, for all the people who think school always sucked, how has the working world turned out for you?  Is it better, worse, or the same?  For me, I'd say the working world is usually better, but I still like to take classes here and there.

It happens sometimes when I find myself completely bored with nothing to do. At least back in school I always had something to do... even though I tended to procrastinate

NOPE.
Cause I have some reasons.
1.Too much home works.
2.Hard math problems.
3.Stayeng in a class,with a fat woman,and some kids.

Though I feel like my high school wasn't the best of high schools, I do miss it a tad bit.  All the friends I made, I rarely see since they went their own paths.  Just gotta wait for that high school reunion in 2024.

I didn't graduate college but I have already missed 9 months of college and I don't even know if I am going to be able to go back anymore and I really miss it. I'm just so used to going to class for the last 13 years that I can't really handle it anymore.
