I dunno, I didn't kill him though, and I never really decided what to do with him in any of my stories/fanfics, but after talking to sonikku, I agree with his stance that he may still be alive protecting Fox when he needs it the most, though I also agree that he's just a ghost somehow able to help Fox when he needs it on Venom.
