im not sure where to gp for issues like this. anyway

i downloaded megaman zero for the gba and when i try to play it, it freezes at the start screen. random sounds and beeps appear. i use the visual boy advance emulator.
ive tried extracting the game file itself from the file but still freezes. has anyone else had this problem?

I'm having the same problem, yet did not with a previous OS (XP Pro) a while ago. It seems to be a problem not related to the ROM or the emulator itself...

I've tried different variations (re-downloading) of both.
