Supposedly, Watamote got dubbed in a rather quick amount of time, in less than a year, I believe. This is the teaser trailer of what the dub will be like, as far as Tomoko's voice will be. The season is being released next month, August 2014.

What's your opinion? Honestly, I kinda cringed when I saw the dislikes on the video, and I was a bit off when I heard the voice acting here. It could be tough to switch from sub to dub here, but I don't think it'll ruin my experience with it. I think people will adapt to it.

I think this is good for anyone who can actually enjoy dubs, but I really just can't deal with them anymore. Subbed anime for me all the way. If you can adapt to it though, good on you.

There was too little there for me to really decide if I'll like the dub or not. The main voice sounded a bit weird, to be honest. Unless the rest of the cast sounds way better, I'll probably just go watch the subbed version of this instead (Keep in mind I know nothing about this anime).

Hopefully I'm not the only one who actually saw this anime. Of course I'm use to the sub version. I already like how Tomoko's voice is and hearing the dub version of her voice was somewhat of an turn off. But as I listened to her voice for the 7th time I slowly started to get use to it. The weird parts you hear in the voice acting actually suits her character. There are many part's in WataMote were Tomoko acts really creepy when she doesn't know how to react in " certain " situations. I don't mind giving the dub version a try, I just hope I wont be disappointed.

I only read a bit of the manga, and the voices aren't near what I imagined what all the characters to sound like, but it's not really a bad dub. As someone who could never get into watching subs I might enjoy this.
