It was a section of Vizzed where you could watch old, nostalgic TV cartoons like Pokemon, Spiderman, Looney Tunes, etc. A site known as Megaupload streamed all of them to Vizzed, but Megaupload got taken down due to piracy and copyright infringement. So, of course, the Retro Toon Room didn't work after that so they had to close it down as well. To fill the empty space it left, David added the Video Game Room.
