It is very unlikely. Gamecube games are too large (although not as large as the rest of its generation). It would cost too much and be too hard to run.

Yeah basically what genesis said, can you imagine the download time it would take just to even play the game, it would take forever, even with the game download accelerator, it would still take quite a bit of time for it to finish downloading. And additionally the price would be too much as well, those are just a few reasons to name why it wouldn't be likely, it might be a possibility in the future, but as of right now I don't see it happening any time soon.
