Quotation marks appear randomly after you edit reviews
Upon editing a review I noticed this, is it a glitch, can it be fixed?

Upon editing a review I noticed unexplained quotation marks in random places in the review where I didn't add them. Is this a glitch? Can it be fixed? Also what causes this, I want to know so that way I know what to avoiding doing so I don't cause this to happen in future reviews.

IT's a known glitch that occurs whenever you edit a post.  Nobody seems to know why it happens though.  It seems like the question marks appear after extra spaces or around odd symbols.  You just have to delete them out when you make edits.

I don't know how to fix it besides manually editing them out, but you can prevent them.

When you reply to a thread, you will see a 'Switch to Old Post Editor' link near the 'Preview reply' button. Press that and you will be given a very generic less fancy post editor. However, you probably won't encounter those black question marks when editing a thread.

You just have to click on it once, and you will be using it every time you reply to a post. Unless you switch back to the New Post Editor, which is done the same way.
