An infinity amount of Senzu Beans, from Dragon Ball Z. For those who don't know, Senzu beans have an immense healing ability, able to restore fatally wounded people back into their peak condition. They can keep a person full for 10 whole days, even if eating too much at once is bad for you. Like, real bad. They can even restore limbs!
I mean, not only for me. It could help people in hospitals with little chance to live, healing any disease, cure world hunger, it can solve so many problems in this world! Well, not instantly, but give it a while and it would.

oh gosh there are so many things.... I guess i would have to capsules from dragonball z. Seriously who wouldn't want a house or spaceship you could carry in your pocket? I don't remember much about the capsules but I remember giant objects coming out of a pill sized capsule which is totally epic. Imagine your Just walking around and you get hungry reach in your pocket and boom 5 star dining. Yes the first thing I thought of was food. (don't judge me)

This is great, I didn't think I would actually get replies, so thank you.  For me personally, I would take the life note, because I could bring back great minds to change the world, and entrust my friends to bring me back to life if I die. I could be immortal.
