A while back, a new Sim City game was released and a lot of people have for crazy for the game. I did not get that game, nor did I go crazy, but there had been a few times when I wished that I had the game. I am a huge fan of the Sim City games even though I had only played one main game in the series and one small game for the DS. This game was that one game that I had played and I absolutely loved it with all my heart. It is my 2nd most favorite game of all time and when I got my PSP and my Vita, it was the first PSN title that I downloaded for each.

GRAPHICS

There isn't really anything about the graphics that are worthwhile except maybe for some of the designs that were used for buildings. Aside from that, the graphics are small and rather blocky, and there were quite a few other games that came out at that time that has better graphics. Though because the graphics did what they were supposed to, detail buildings and streets, I can't give a bad grade because they were good in that sense. The grade I give for graphics will be a 7 out of 10.

SOUND

When it comes to the sound, there's really nothing much about it. You can hear a few sounds such as construction, and there's are some songs, buy that's about it, there is nothing else really. The songs though are catchy and after you hear them a couple of times, you won't be able to forget them. Foe the sound section, I give the grade a 7 out of 10.

STORY

Foe the story, it's really basic. You start off the game with a blank map and you are the mayor of whatever you build, and whatever you build is  all up to you, you can either builds small town, you can build a huge city, a chain if islands, and everything else that you can think of. For the story, I give a grade of 8 out of 10.

ADDICTIVNESS

As for addictiveness, you are building your own city, what else do you need to be occupied for hours? There was this one person who made an entire replica of New York City. The cool part is that you can do the same thing, no experience necessary. The game only gets more fun as you unlock different eras and new technology and you can do virtually whatever you want with your city. For addictiveness, I give a grade of 9 out of 10.

DEPTH

Next we go on to the depth of the game. You are only given one plot of land that I believe is 5 miles by 5 miles, so in a way you are a bit confined as to how much you can build, but what you build is up to you. You have the control of your city and you can build, organize, and arrange your city and way you like. There are so many different possibilities that you can go through that the depth deserves a grade of 8 out of 10.

DIFFICULTY

Next we are going to  over the difficulty of the game. Most of the game will be easy and fun, but there will be many challenges. You have to balance the demand for residential, commercial, and industrial, you have to take care of disasters, and you have to make sure that your city thrives. For the difficulty, I am going to give this game a 6.

OVERALL

Overall, this is an amazing game that left an amazing legacy that had led to many other SIM City games and gave enjoyment to millions of people all over. My overall grade for this game is going to be 9.5.
