Alright, so this time i'm reviewing an english translation of Rhythm Tengoku, A japanese only rhythm game for the Game boy advance. Now a lot of you may know a game called Rhythm heaven for the nintendo ds right, Well this is the prequal. It's got loads of games, Minigames, endless games, Rhythm toys, And of course... Music. It also helps your sense of rhythm. I started playing rhythm heaven games about a year and a half ago, And since then, I was hooked. All day and all night i played that game. I still play it even to this day. That inspired me to go find the other rhythm heaven games, And then i remembered how a long time ago i played a game called Rhythm heaven silver (rhythm tengoku in japan) On vizzed. At forst i was like "Pleh! this game is pure CRUD i quit im going to go play pokemon BleHh!". How stupid i was back then.... So, Years later i play rhythm heaven for ds, and remember this game. So i play it, and it turns out to be BETTER than the ds version! Also a share of cool graphics, Bouncy music, Weird concepts, And never ending fun.

You try this game, You'll most likely be hooked. Like a fish man. LIKE A FISH!!

Graphics:10. For gameboy advance graphics, These are outstanding! Although a bit cartoony. But i like cartoony so why not love this game? The models of the characters, backgrounds Etc. Are very well crafted. Although they don't look very well on an emulator, You must remember, Game boy advance's have very very VERY small screens. Which is why they sold magnifiers for them. Luckily they came out with the gameboy advance SP! Which is even better for playing games like this. More comfortable. You must focus on everything.

What i'm trying to say is, These graphics are freaking awesome. That's the shortest way i can put it. Lovely isnt it?

Sound:10. Yeah, another 10. The sound isn't like anything else i've ever heard. Except for the boinging noises when you miss. I've heard that before. Otherwise, The sound of the sword from samurai slice, The crashing noises in karate man, All new. New and awesome!. Deserves more than a 10 but i can't rate higher than that :

Music:10. Love the music. Although the music with lyrics are in japanese, it still sounds good. And extremely bouncy!. It seems i mostly review bouncy music games. But Hey, If im happy, Then everyone else should be. Then thats a first. Games don't usually leave me happy. Usually ridden with sadness because the music is so dark and depressing. : But at least the bounciness of these games cure the depression. Right? Right. Onwards

Addictiveness:10. I know you're getting tired of these 10's. But they're gonna keep coming if a game is good. This game is highly addictive... In fact, Beofre i wrote this review i played it for like a half an hour. Hehe. I'm a bit of a slacker. That, And the addictiveness distracted me from my reviewing and whatnot. Basically what im trying to say is: This game be the stuff. The BEST stuff on earth. And i will play it until the earth crumbles, or i die or get bored.

It will probably be the 2nd one.

Story: N/A i suppose. They're might be a storyline at the end of the game (I know that doesn't make sense, But it happened in rhythm heaven for ds) But i'm kinda stuck at this ninja game... Cutting arrows out of the air is hard. So, Basically, N/A.

Depth:10. Should be 100. There's like, Over 60 things to do in this game. First, You must beat the game. Then you must beat all of the games to bits. Yknow, Like, do extrmely good so you get medals. Then after all that, You go for a perfect. You cannot miss ONE thing at all in a perfect challlenge.

Then there's endless games, Endless games are, well.... Endless. But fun. You have to collect a certain amount of medals to unlock them. I think theres about 10 endless games to unlock.

Then, You have to get MORE medals so you can unlock the rhythm toys. Which are pretty much just cute little toys you fiddle around with and make music and stuff. I like the meow mixer, Even though i can't really stand cats.

After THAT, You must unlock the drum lessons. Drum lessons have to do with medals too.

After that, You have to get music. You can get music by getting a perfect in the perfect challenge. Perfect challenges are hard. You cant miss one beat. You do, You lose.

I'm pretty sure thats all. NOW see why i think it should be 100? Geez... so much stuff so much time. So HARD

Difficulty:10. This game is REALLY Hard... I still haven't beat it yet (lol get it? It's a rhythm game. and i haven't BEAT it.). It's rather hard to beat the games, Then, It's Pretty darn hard to get the medals... And THEN, it's EXTREMELY hard to get a perfect. Good luck trying to beat this one. I can't beat it with a pair of drumsticks. ( See what i did there again? Teehee)

Overall, This is one heck of a game. I'm actually wishing i was playing it right now instead of writing a review on it.... I'm sad now. I think i'll go play it. And try and get some medals and a perfect. But the perfects are gonna be one heck of a challenge... I can barely beat the calligraphy game... (Who the HECK though calligraphy would be a good rhythm game?!?!?!) All those Points and lines... Eurgh. Makes me want to smile, and then stick a pencil in my eye. Or is that a bit too extreme? I'm going to let YOU decide. (Even though I really don't have a choice to not or let you do it)

I shall now toodle off. Bye~
