Well um there aren't that many ROM hackers on this site. I don't know if anyone will make a hack like that just for you, it takes A LOT of time and hard work. You may find someone to make it for you, but it will be hard. I would, but that is beyond my hacking abilities.

As much as we all would like that, it will take lots of time and dedication for that to happen. I don't think now is the time because Pokemon X and Y are still on the rise with the Pokemon audience at the moment. There will eventually be a hack based on the 6th generation in the future, I will tell you that.
Just have some patience though!
