Just going to list one Pokémon team.

In Pokémon Heart Gold I used these Pokémon's and they had these moves when I won Elite Four and Lance:

Rhydon Level 50

Ice Beam
Horn Drill
Stone Edge
Earthquake

Umbreon Level 52

Shadow Ball
