I am just VERY curious and want to hear your guys and gals' opinions . If this thread is against the rules or something then you are welcomed to close it and sorry for breaking them

You mean as in dating? Probably not. It's a gaming website, not match.com or anything. Sure, you have the 10 year olds who are "dating" somebody else on vizzed, but really nothing else. I don't think vizzed would be a good place to meet a gf or bf. but, on the other hand, if you mean as a friend, it would be a great place. Vizzed is where gamers can gather together, without worry of hate or ridicule. I think this is a great place to meet people that have stuff in common as you.

To be honest I do not really find Vizzed the most romantic site, but it is not directed to be that way anyway. I think you probably can get a girl or guy on this site but that could come across very difficult. I guess this forum is the Girls and Guys forum and there is a relationship sub forum so that could spark off something. Also the chat room could be a place to hook up on. For instance you can get to kno9w people easily and just build it up from there.

This place is terrible to find someone for romantic interests.  It's based on games, which can be a shared activity, but you're talking folks around the world.  I don't think you can date someone if you never met them in real life.  I understand a tremendous amount of people meet on the internet but they parley that relationship into real life.  

Why would I want to date someone I'll never meet who lives in Sweden while I live in Canada?  That makes no sense.  You can have friendships and conversations but you can't actually meet someone on here unless lightning strikes and they live close or you're two consenting adults who have the means and desire to travel and find each other in real life.

But hearing the age groups, that's highly unlikely.  And it seems the few girls who already post and participate here are pretty much knotted up with real boys once they log off Vizzed.

Certainly not for "serious" dating. I think the internet is a bad place to try to meet people to get into relationships in the first place, but especially on Vizzed.

That isn't to say a romance cannot successfully blossom from meeting someone on vizzed, but I certainly don't think it's a good place to try to meet potential boyfriends or girlfriends.

As warmaker pointed out, many people on Vizzed live very far away from each other, meaning that finding someone who you actually have a chance to spend time together IRL is very hard.

As someone who is known as a terrible flirt, I would advise against trying to find a "date" here. I've flirted with people, but I don't think I'd want to pursue a serious relationship with anyone here.

For a relationship to work, first of all, there needs to be a shared maturity. And very few people here are mature enough to have a relationship. (I'm counting everyone 18+, and not counting anyone under 18 for obvious reasons.)

And if you are under 18, and are seeking a relationship, try your school first, because you honestly will be happier with someone you met at school than a faceless stranger on the internet.

I do internet dating (It has led to some of my best relationships) but that's because I've exhausted my dating pool in real life. I'm a weird guy, so it's hard to find a woman that fits my needs at all. So I'm a bit of a special case when it comes to internet dating. It's basically the only way I WILL find someone.

And if you must do internet dating, again, stay away from Vizzed. The majority of the users are under 14, which would be illegal for 90% of the people here who would want a relationship. The fact of the matter is it is very hard to find somebody here who is old enough, mature enough, and lives close enough to establish a relationship.

Dating on Vizzed? Well, I wouldn't be for it. I mean, I have nothing against online dating but I the last place I'd try to look for someone to date online is Vizzed. You just have to ask yourself "What are ur chances of u meeting someone u chat with online?" and also "Will I ever see this person in real life?" Its very unlikely to even try to date on here if u want my opinion on this. Well that's generally any chat site anyone uses and what not but if u are so lucky to live near the person you are talking to online, then maybe it should go well for the two people that are really close.

Like what everyone else said, this is not a place to be in a relationship with someone. Vizzed is basically meant to be a gaming website. You can make friends here though. Friendship is fine. You can flirt if you want. A few people have flirted here. But dating is a bad idea since most of us live very far apart from one another and it isn't really possible to see anyone in real life.
