First get 2 pickachu's both female and male put one in the daycare.make sure they hold a light ball. then go to the old man next to the daycare house he will give you a egg. if you have a bike ride back and forth. using the fast forward is faster. when it hatches, a pichu will hatch that has learned volt tackle. have fun killing wild pakemans in one hit or blast team rocket i will be doing other pokemon guides i done brock gym leader on pokemon leaf green. hope this helps you. oh and wild pokemon please watch out for pichu's pikachu's or raichu's. D:

Volt Tackle is a really strong attack, but strong power comes big consequences (I think that was responsibility). Because Volt Tackle is an attack that can cause strong damage to your foe but also reduces your Hp as recoil damage. The recoil damage is 1/3 the amount of damage your Volt Tackle dealt to your foe. Example, if your attack did 30 damage you will receive 10 recoil damage.

The Pokedex describes Volt Tackle as a risky attack. Using volt tackle can also give you a bad boy look if you as me.
