"Ahh a perfect remake that just might out do the classic". Pokémon FireRed is an well thought out all authentic classic remake of Pokémon Red, the first Pokémon game ever to be released in the United States. Pokémon Firered stayed true all the original Red Version layout/landscape and gym leader/elite 4 wise, But it does have all  new features  not seen in the original Red Version like islands 1,2,and 3, and how you would go about unlocking mewtwo's cave, and the a(n) all new feature to the franchise it's self, ultimate Pokémon starter type moves(for water starter:hydro cannon, fire starter: blast burn, and grass starter: frenzy plant).

Graphics: 10
"What can be expected out of the graphics portrayed in Pokémon Pokemon Firered What has changed with the graphics since Pokemon Red?",Well let's do a recap of Pokemon Red's graphics so that way one can better compare them to Pokemon Firered. In Pokemon Red,The graphics portrayed in Pokemon Red version are rather basic and only moderately detailed. There is no background scenery during Pokmon battle scene's.Pokemon sprites are very detailed when facing them in a battle but when your the trainer who is battling then the pixels on the Pokemon is a little distorted. The color quality is at the bare minimum standard, the towns in the game are different colors but what ever color the town is, everything in that town is that color, buildings and your character, bodies of water, literally everything.
Now what has changed you ask?, well the graphics portrayed in Pokemon Firered are a display of beautiful animation. The waves out on the water move, you can see your reflection in small puddles ocean's. The colorization is the most realistic to date, meaning it feels almost real. The Pokémon look almost exactly like how they appear in the pokedex during battle, but with better resolution(pixel wise) and a lot better graphic design and color is evenly distributed through out. The graphics and color on the buildings and in towns have only gotten better and more unique and descriptive. There are no game freezes or crashes nor are the any deformities in the Pokémon spirits. There are two types of grass in the game, tall dark green grass which have stronger leveled Pokémon than normal in them and shorter light greener grass which has generally weaker leveled Pokémon in them, the pixel quality is so clear you can easily tell the difference between the to without even paying to much attention to it.

Sound: 9
"What's the sound quality like in Pokemon Firered?"  well Pokemon Firered's soundtrack is the same as Red version, but the music does repeat constantly in battle which can get really annoying. The games sound quality its self is fine acoustics and pitch wise with no irregularity's such as sound distortions(unless you are using speed bar), scratches/repetitive beat repeat, or unsuspected stops and pick ups in sound when playing/listening to  the games music. The  pokemon cries are clean cut and what they are suppose to be. Mostly everything in the game has a distinct sound, like for example when you ride on the backs of Pokemon in water the soundtrack changes to a sort of soothing aquatic sound and when you go into caves the soundtrack goes into a deeper some what depressing spooky sound.

Addictiveness: 7
"Just how addicting is Pokemon Firered to play, what will be experienced in the game?",This game is highly addictive because it takes you back to when you were a kid(for you old school Pokémon players) and allows you to play the events in the original Red version to the T, just with newer, more up to date graphics, and sound quality(Pokémon cries wise). It has a lot of reply value , because it's  in my opinion how a remake of an old school game should be, enjoyable to older players as well as new comers to the franchise. I spent many hours training and basically playing through this game leaving no trainer left battled. The game offers the original Pokemon Red's feel but manages to portray the game in a newer more up to date style  graphics with a few significant changes.

Story: 6
"What's the story like in Pokemon Firered?",You are a young 12 year old trainer just starting off on your journey. You awaken in a little town called Pallet town and you get your starting Pokemon from Professor Oak after you blindly walk into a field of grass without a Pokemon. After you head into the next town and get the parcel for the Professor he gives you your Pokedex and you set of on your journey to become a Pokemon master. You will face many challenges on your journey and meet many legendary Pokemon. Your mission and main purpose is to evolve and raise your Pokemon so that way you can take on gym leaders as well as the incredible group of trainers know as the Elite four, while working towards that goal there is a sinister evil organization in the works of Kanto(the region in the game where you are at) that are hell bent on capturing and enslaving Pokemon and using them for evil purposes and it's up to you to defeat the head of this organization. That evil organization known as Team Rocket, there goal is to steal Pokemon and take over all of Kanto.Along your journey you will find there are a ton of legendary Pokemon, like Mewtwo (which his cave is accessible as soon as you beat the elite 4 and have completed the pokedex, unlike in Pokemon Red), the three legendary birds can also be caught in this, Articuno, and Zaptoes are at the same area's they would be found in Pokemon Red, but Moltres can be found on island two at mt. Ember instead of where it is found in Red version in Victory road. Also on a side note the game is slightly bigger than Red version, they added 3 islands on to the map,  island one, two and three and Mt. Ember.

Depth: 6
"What's the depth of Pokemon Firered, what does the game offer?"The game offers Pokémon fanatics especially older fans of the franchise to relive a childhood classic Pokemon game in all new full colorization and completely remastered and restored graphics.
Pokemon Firered Version has a moderate amount of activities to do in game, like playing slots for coins in the game corner, or going to the safari zone and capturing Pokemon you wouldn't find in to many other areas in the game(Pokemon like dratini) or fishing in basically any bodies of water, both large and small. The game is at a standard level map proportion wise, there are 10 towns and 1 mountain (Mt. Ember)and 3 islands(island 1,2, and 3).
Difficulty: 5
The games not very difficult at all.The A.I. Is fairly easy to beat if you have the type advantage, you don't really need any Pokémon over level 55 to beat the elite 4(that only applies if your using a well balanced team). The difficulty hasn't changed much from previous installments in the franchise but Pokemon Firered is more difficult than classic Pokemon Red.

Overall: 9.5
This game is probably one of the most favorable remakes for the Pokémon franchise. All it's graphics and sound are based of the original, just updated to a higher more modern quality. Story wise Gamefreak did a very great job keeping it original, only with a slightly larger map. This game is a game I feel as though classic fans of the franchise will enjoy because it is a childhood favorite remastered in better quality graphics & sound wise but still sticks to the classics story.

Divine Aurora : That is defenitely true in my view. The game is harder than the classic red but not too hard. You have amazing high quality posts!

Nice review dude. I know it is silly because that is to be expected from you. Anyways this was a well neat long thought out lengthy review. You used good grammar, language, and explained the game from every little detail. This game was actually better than the original Pokémon Red version. Well that is just in my opinion at least. Anyways this review was long and detailed, and was a great hit. This should be featured, because this was a great review. You are such an awesome reviewer, and I think you are a great inspiration to me. Keep it up, and I look forward to your next review made.
