Okay mr,mime a...rather odd pokemon that in my opinion looks like it belongs in yu gi oh now this is the part where i tell you some history about me and this pokemon but to be honest....there is not much to go on i never used this thing and for good reason its not that good of a pokemon and im here to tell you why so lets get started

Now unlike most pokemon mr.mime gets 3 moves at level 1...no kidding and those moves are magical leaf a pretty good move with a decent attack power use it against pokemon who are weak to it or else this move wont do much. next we have barrier a move that increases the users defense bye 2 stages and i may sound crazy but...i suggest you use it please do its a good move for early on in the game and later in the game but hey if you dont want to use it thats fine.and finally we get confusion....i just said that they gave us a psychic type move like that this early in the game FREAKING USE IT i dont know why they would give us this move but USE IT oh and if you think this thing is gonna have an extremely awesome moveset...well i wont crush your dreams just yet....now at level 4 we get copycat this move copys the enemys last move and this move always goes last i dont recommend using it but hey do what you want your forced to take it anyway.at level 8 we get meditate...excuse me a second i just....okay let me tell what this move does meditate increases the users attack level bye 1 stage but guess what...you really want to know...okay mr.mime gets nearly NO PHYSICAL ATTACK MOVES IN ITS MOVESET I FREAKING HATE IT WHEN THEY PUT A MOVE LIKE THIS IN ITS MOVESET ITS SO....forget it the point is dont use it done.next we get double slap at level 11 this move can be somewhat effective but i just dont trust moves that hit 2-5 times so use it if you want i dont recommend it.at level 15 we get mimic and this move is not that effective its copys the targets last move used but...i just dont like it im sorry ?i dont recommend using it.also at level 15 we get are move that will replace confusion and that is psywave this move has a base attack damage of...oh wait thats the trick to this move no matter what this move deals random damage regardless of any situation even if its super effective so...its tricky but i like to use it but to be safe if you have an extra slot i say keep confusion but keep this move as well who knows it could come in handy sometime...alright next we have encore and most of use here knows what this move does but hey im gonna tell you anyway this move forces the target to use its last used move over and over agains for 2-5 turns..dont use it.moving on at level 22 we get light screen this move reduces physical damage down alot and while this move can be useful it really is for competitive play so i dont recommend using it.also at level 22 we get reflect this move reduces special attack damage down same thing with light screen its only effective in competitive play.at ?level 25 we get psybeam a move with a base attack damage of 65 this move can replace ?confusion if you have not replaced it already and this move can also replace psywave i suggest you get rid of that move and replace it for this trust me its really worth it.now at level 29 we get substitute and my god do i have to say it again THIS MOVE IS ONLY EFFECTIVE IN COMPETITIVE PLAY i dont suggest you use it but hey if you want to use it go ahead.at level 32 we get recycle this move will let the user regain its held item this move is...okay but its not really useful at all.at level 36 we get trick this moves replaces the users item with the targets item...why mr.mime why do you have this move.AND AT LEVEL 39 IS THE SALVATION OF MR.MIMES MOVESET PSYCHIC THANK GOD THANK GOD *SOBS*...okay serious time this move ?has a base attack damage of 90 and is one of the best psychic type moves in this game keep it and replace it ?with your current psychic type move please...for me.at ?level 43 we get role play...i could make a joke but hey family site i dont want my thread shut down this move switches out the users stats with the targets stats...okay this move is somewhat effective because this things stats suck but this move is not that good use it if you want but i dont recommend.okay at level 46 we get baton pass this move does nearly the exact same thing as role play but this move also resets all stat changes such as being hit bye a sand attack and reducing your accuracy nope your accuracy is normal again so...okay if you did use role play well first of all your an idiot and second of all replace it with this and still this moves sucks but use it if you want.and we get are terrible climax with....okay family site...anyway at level 50 we get safeguard this move prevents the users pokemon from stat changes and from being afflicted bye things such as poison and being burned and..thats its moveset time for stats

Okay this is one of the reasons why this thing is so terrible...okay to be fair this pokemons highest stats are special attack and special defense which is good its very good infact that can save you alot and it makes psychic even more effective but sadly the rest of its stats are really REALLY BAD the lowest being its health...as you can imagine this is bad its speed is..okay its the pokemons 3rd highest stat so i guess if ?you train this thing enough its speed will be good enough to dodge alot of attacks so...wait im not going to defend it this things stats SUCK the only thing useful is its special attack and its special defense.

Okay now we go to tms and hms and guess what THATS NOT GOOD EITHER i have to scavenge to find a good moveset for it but luckily i was able to piece together something and here ?is what i got

Psychic
Thunderbolt
Energy ball
Calm Mind

This moveset takes advantage of mr.mimes high special attack power and also gives it a boost from calm mind which increases the users special attack power bye 2 stages Further increasing its power and guess what you can survive those hits for calm mind to take effect because of its high special defense so this moveset is pretty clever if i do say so my self

Now for rival and gyms....dont use it i know every pokemon has its place somewhere but i will never use this thing in gyms or against my rival even when i am playing for fun. now im going to tell you how i get data for my reviews first i look up the moveset using bulbapedia then i hack my rom in with rare candys for testing with pokemon also i hack a pokemon into the game...dont ask me how i do that but anyway thats part of it now i evenly proportioned rare candys to match the level of the gym leaders or the rivals pokemon when i did this with mr.mime...i died ALOT this never happened even with some of the weakest pokemon i have ever did a review on the point is this pokemon is that bad that when evenly matched in level or hey even more powerful than the gym leaders..i lost...i even lost at level 100 with mr.mime at the elite 4...that should be like...nearly impossible the point is this pokemon is really really REALLY bad my god dont take it to the elite 4 even for fun i only did it for testing...final thoughts and rating GOD I FEEL SICK

Final thought:why...why mr mime i really dont know why some people use this in the first place even for this thing is weak ugly and has a TERRIBLE MOVESET my god i have to scavenge for something good about it and im telling you this thing was so close to being the first pokemon to make 1/5 but i quickly realized that the one thing that saves this pokemon...well not even save it just makes its worth using at all was its special attack and special defense and still theres not many moves it learns on its own to take advantage of those stats anyway lets just end this....

Well that one was pretty long. Good thing because the longer it is, the more informative it is, however it also increases the chances to be redundant. Some things I would say to add would be more periods. I saw more sentences than I could count that were simply strung together using the space bar. It got really tiring to read and was very hard to notice when you were moving on to another topic or sentence.
