So, I was in an online chat room with some random people, and one of them said something like: "Banjo Kazooie is basically Mario 64-Collecting useless objects to advance" and I wasn't sure about it. While I do disagree with it, I can see why people say that sort of thing. They are pretty much following the same goal-but an exact copy? No way. What are your opinions on it? Multi voting is allowed.

I haven't played the Banjo series but I have seen videos of it and I think it isn't a copy of Super Mario 64. I do think it is a bit similar but not a copy of Super Mario 64.

It's no where NEAR a copy. Sure, it might have collecting of objects to advance, but nearly every adventure game has that, so you can't call it a copy. The physics aren't even the same.
